Thanks for this tutorial, it feels like magic :). Do you know if desintegration can happen only once : even if you move the controller away, the statue remains destroyed ?
Change sphere to directional inside object controller falloff.I think it will work.
@@bluefoxcreation It works in one direction yes, but if you come back in the same axe, it rebuilds statue ;). Perhaps something to do by invoke the loop only once so once the object is not "Animated" anymore, it stays in this state whatever the controller does ?

is there a way to get rid of the gaps in my mesh after cell fracture?
This is still my favorite effect ever done on blender. Is there any possible way the fractured objects can move location after new id key is set? Whenever I try to move them they just go back to the original location. Thanks for help
You should do that inside animation nodes

Hi. Thanks for showing us these amazing effects. I'm following with just a simple cube before trying on my more complex model. After I append the rigid body node and apply the settings, the dynamics doesn't get applied to all the fragments and it's just the one piece that falls. Has anyone had this experience and worked out what's going on? Thanks.
Probably you haven't linked other objects to rigidbody collection.

i am using 2.9 with AN 2.1 but i dont have the "all transforms " ID key.... what to do ?
Select all the objects and make a new id key then name it all_transforms.
Maybe I missed something but in the Gumroad file, the animation node tree has nothing but "Undefined Socket Type" errors. Is there a Read Me file that goes along with this?

What's up bro! I tried do this tutorial with another model and when I put "Object ID Key and link with "Object Matrix Output" and Collection Infom, my model stay fractured, can you help me please?
I know it's three months after the fact, but I just had this happen to me today. The fix is really subtle (scrub to the area when he makes the id "all_transforms". He clicked the button "from current transforms" before finishing that step. That makes the ID group reference their transformation state at frame 1 before dumping into the Object Matrix Output. Hope this helps your past problem. :)

sorry brother i rarely do modelling...if you want to create tree models you can use sapling tree addon for blender to create high quality tree models.
im doing this cell fracture effect on an low poly model, maybe I can help you?
Hello, is there a way in animation nodes to see of what appended subprogram contains? I tried recreate your subprogram to myself but i dont know how to put evaluate fallow into loop. I wanted to see how you did it but when i am adding your subprogram i see only invoke node.
Yes... those nodes are present in another node tree

Tried creating that. The rigid body preset doesn't work for me unfortunately. It just get a red border around my window.
