    Thanks for video. If you are sending emails for your client, how would you set that up? New domain and warmup inboxes?

      Set up a new domain for your client’s emails and warm up the inbox gradually. Use a warm-up tool to avoid spam issues, and make sure your domain has SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for better deliverability.

    Great video, Thanks. What is the trigger for this workflow? I have set up one just like this but the leads are stuck behind the wait step and waiting. However, I have gotten replies from the leads through email but they are not moving forward through workflow. Can you help?

      No trigger needed since I will be adding contacts manually to the workflow

    Hey Bhaia, I have published my email automation. But I can not see the leads that I have sent the email to in the conversation tab! Is there any way to saw them in conversation or it's not possible and I can only see them once they reply?

      in GoHighLevel, you’ll only see leads in the Conversations tab if they reply to the email. Emails sent through automation don't show up there unless there's a response. If you want to track sent emails, you can check the Email Activity or Campaign Reports to see who received the email, but for visibility in the Conversations tab, a reply is required.
