Thanks for the video! Got pretty far, everything was fine until the form will filled in after receiving the notification. For some reason when the form is submitted a new contact card is created (but is essentially blank - no name, nothing) and is moved to No Show/Attended pipeline instead of the original contact card which just chills in "Appointment Booked" still. Anyone know a way to fix this?

Great video. Do you know how to use conversion api from lead form ads. I'm trying to set up to send sales back to Facebook rather than leads. Every video I see does a horrible breakdown of this and is triggering the api as a lead rather than a sale conversion. I have it set up as a facebook lead form ad and sale conversion should happen when the lead is moved to a specific stage in the pipeline. Keep up the content 👍🏻

How long takes to a form shows up on GHL ?

How do I select this new custom conversion event to optimize for campaigns? Is it at the ad set level or the ad level? I don't see an option to choose my new conversion event

I'm not sure if you actively monitor comments but I'm trying to implement your workflow and running into an issue where it's not creating a new contact based on the referral fields. It will pull the phone number, but not the name or email fields. Is this because they're text fields? I've tried reaching out to support and they told me to try and use Zapier lol.

I connected my FB page. I see "Connection Active" and my two pages listed under "Connected Facebook Pages". But under this there's no "Messenger", only "Troubleshoot" and "Manage Pages". What gives?
