These are very helpful and valuable short videos, Hasib. Thank you for doing them. You explain and show the steps involved better than most RUclipsrs. I've a question about the "from email" step. Nothing is showing up for me when I add this step?

Glad you like them! You should be able to see From Name and From Email as long as you are using Send Email action

I did the exact way you do, but the contact is not added to the contacts list, neigher the workflow starts. Do you have any suggestion?

Bro It sounds like the Facebook lead form isn’t triggering the automation correctly. First, double-check that your Facebook Ads integration with GoHighLevel is set up properly. Ensure the lead form is connected to the correct funnel or workflow. Also, make sure the trigger in the workflow is set to "New Lead" and linked to the Facebook lead form. If everything is connected and it's still not working, try re-syncing the integration or checking for any permissions or API issues.
