Please! For those folks like me who can’t “not see it”, would you please put an outlet cover on that outlet behind where you work in the back? It’s killing me🤣🤣 Love to watch.

I appreciate that you’re so transparent about cost vs selling price. I’d like to see you mention how much time you have invested in a piece. This is a key factor in determining profitability. Of course you’ll be MUCH faster than us newbies, but it’s important to understand what we might expect after we’ve developed skills.

I also love how open she is about that as well, too many people glamorize these projects a little too much and I'm just like "okay if it was that profitable, furniture wouldn't be out on the curb"😂 that or I just love furniture😂

This is awesome. I’ve been binge watching! There are so many terms throughout the videos that would be helpful to learn. Things like ‘burning through the veneer’ and what does that look like and what to do. Or what to do with bubbling laminate, what does dripping look like, what does ‘tannin’ or ‘a bleeder’ mean? I guess a big ‘vocabulary’ video 💛💛💛

Fyi, love your flipping tips, now i have for you; take a flat head screw driver and poke holes at the lid of your paint cans. You'll avoid paint drips down the can, I put holes all around my lids, the paint drips back into the can. Ive learned a lot from you. Thanks so much.❤

I had the same type of furniture when I was little--white with the gold trim. Brings back memories. Take care and I will keep watching and learning!

Can you please do a video on how to take care of the INSIDE of drawers? I haven't found much content on that anywhere (other than using furniture balm) and I'd love to know your thoughts on things to look out for - what levels of wear are repairable and how to take care of it, etc. Thank you!

Hi Lauren, I LOVE your videos, since I found you, I have fully renovated my kitchen, walls, cabinets drawers, hardware etc. I wondr is there a place you answer questions? In an effort to finish my kitchen and after seeing my accomplishment, I've decided to re-apint a hutch in the kitchen that is currently painted an olive green, I thought about sanding and repainting without stripping it looks like only two colors before this and is not an antique so it's super smooth, just wondering, do you always have to completely strip furniture that is already painted? I will be going to the site to learn, buy guides etc. but wasn't sure where to ask. Thanks for all you share and your details, honesty etc!

Do you think to add paint you could use a paint roller for painting and then go back over it in more detail with a brush? I'm trying to get started.

Thanks so much for this very helpful video. I'm the family catch-all for unwanted furniture. I love my Mom dearly but her taste ran to French provincial, so that's what I grew up with. And I can't stand it. So I've got these two matching end tables and as curvy ornate as they are, I'm hoping the right paint job might make them more appealing to me. The hardware is very ornate as well, but it's good quality and I hate to toss it. I'm thinking of going with a mid range sort of grayish blue for the table and I'd like to paint the hardware maybe a pewter color? Can you recommend a good paint for transforming metal drawer hardware? Thanks again, appreciate it!

Do you have hints on how to find local flippers? I'm in Indianapolis. My daughter has a low dresser and a tall dresser that are solid wood, and they deserve to be restored. Neither one of us has the time now so we're looking for a local flipper.

To not calculate in the time spent working on a piece of furniture in order to sell it shows a shameful lack of basic accounting skills. Even one hour spent in total ox worth at least $15 to $20 in opportunity costs. I would expect better than that by the two of you.
