Hi! Welcome! I did not do any specific detox but I just focus on eating whole foods, organic when possible and really healing the gut. So I have no advice or experience there. Sorry!

No I'm not, I've seen the ingredients and it's toxic. I am not surprised your eczema got worse. I've got a few people telling me the same. What is done is done though..so..sigh..I just hope your body will calm down and hopefully be able to get rid of the toxins soon. Wishing you well.
