- Since Waves 1-3 of the Booster Course Pass have been out for a while, I decided to go back and use leaks that have spawned since its release to make a more accurate prediction for the 2nd half of the pass!

I always agree Wii's Rainbow Road would fit the spot in Wave 6! It's my favorite Rainbow Road track ever!
Wii rainbow road was just added to Tour too!! This makes it even more likely!

12:14 i was thinking this so called bathroom course will be related on Mario and luigi plumbing history in the Super Mario Brothers storyline, to relate to the movie and their history I think it will be mainly based on "Plumbing" adding broken pipes and stuff trickable water sections in the bath and more!
I am happy that Yoshi’s Island will arrive in Wave 4. I have a feeling that Piranha Plant Cove will appear in Wave 6 since that course has moray eels and the data mine of Acorn Cup has a word related to moray eels.
For the Yoshi Island track, pretty much like with previous Yoshi Tours, they would once again reveal the same Yoshi Tour, but showcasing the Yoshi Island track somewhere around the end of March or at the beginning of April this year.

I have just three tracks left in my dlc wishlist for the MK8D Booster Course Pass dlc, and I hope all three of these make it!
1. Daisy Crusier (My favorite track in Mario Kart history, and the track I want back the most since I’m a Daisy main!)

If I had to name 3 that haven't been basically confirmed it would be.
Lakeside park it has on of the most ambitious layouts from super circuit.
Wario collesiem it's my favorite track from double dash.
Gba rainbow road it has so much potential and to see another 2d rainbow road get remade would be a dream come true.

The only one of those that’s probably not making it will be Rosalina’s Ice World, because the datamines suggest there’s no more 3DS tracks. But Dino Dino and Cruiser are very likely due to the fact they’re in Tour

Yea I would replace dk summit for toads factory because we have so many snow and mountain themes already also toads factory is my favorite
@@brodyyates4744 My guess is if Toad's Factory made it in we wouldn't get Koopa Cape since the half pipe reintroduction just feels like it was for DK Summit since that track pretty much needs them for some areas.

We have DK Summit and DK Mountain being so similar that I'm sure we only get 1, and if that's the case I think it'll either be Toad's Factory and DK Mountain, or DK Summit and Dino Dino Jungle. (Fingers crossed its Toad's Factory and DK Mountain)

13:57 the fact that you said it was a moray eel from sm64 got me thinking, and I think it would be cool if there were an entirely new track based on sm64 with the parts of the track using n64 graphics. I know it probably wouldn't happen because the demographic for mario kart 8 more then likely wouldn't like it because they aren't familiar with the older games, but all the same, it'd still be pretty cool
4:41 Plot twist. The DS Course is actually Yoshi falls, all Yoshi Island models are decorations. OG Track is Cheese Land 2
Maybe the MobDK one being based off Pipes could be based off of the Mushroom Kingdom in the Mario Bros movie. We know from the latest sneak peak we got that the pipes are the main way the Toad’s get around, and I think it could be a really cool track!
Also we should get Dino Dino jungle instead of DK mountain
It's almost too obvious that Nintendo would want a track that ties in directly with the movie, though I would have guessed they would have released it in the next wave, as the movie comes out in April
@@isaiahshinhchs24 especially because we already have a more grassy mountain course with falling boulders (Rock Rock Mountain), and DK Summit shares many elements with DK Mountain

I honestly do believe Airship Fortress will make it into Wave 4. It’s too popular and had too much of a makeover in Tour for it not to be added and I also agree with DK Mountain. That course is arguably the most fan favorite course in Double Dash and a lot of Tour players said the course really doesn’t play well like Wii Rainbow Road in Tour due to its limited control scheme but would play perfectly in 8 Deluxe. Here’s hoping those 3 are true though because they’re some of my most favorite tracks in the series!

Even though it’s not going to happen I love the wuhu island idea I have lots of nostalgia for MarioKart 7 since it was my first ever video game and maku wuku (I think that was what it’s called) was my 2nd favorite track and wuhu loop was my 5th it would be awesome
It really is so sad that there aren’t any more 3DS tracks, and only one more DS track, but I’m quite grateful for the leaks as it means I won’t set my expectations for them. Ending with Wii Rainbow Road would be a great alternative though, it feels like that track was designed for anti-gravity!

Vancouver Velocity, Wii Rainbow Road, Ds Airship Fortress, and Wuhu Island from MK7, now that's what I like!

There’s a hecking lot of winter tracks already tho, GBA Snow Land is very much Vanilla Lake 3, at least Koopa Troopa Beach is another simple beach with a similar vibe to Cheep Cheep Beach

@@dustymcwari4468 Snow Land only has the small section in the middle in 8DX and Tour where you're on floating ice, when Vanilla Lake is entirely on it. And Snow Land was released in the summer, so who's to say Vanilla Lake won't be as well?
@@ThighFish I’m not saying it won’t be, but that it would be pretty wasteful because we already have like 3 winter tracks in just the first waves, and the likes of DK Summit and Vancouver Velocity may show up too, that along with the 4 other winter tracks from vanilla, why more?
If they wanna do a SNES course, and they refuse to make the SNES Bowser Castles for whatever reason, at least give us a beach course, we kinda lacking on those, since vanilla only has 2, and the BCP is only getting 1 so far, that may not touch the beach itself all that much
Would it be good? no, SNES tracks suck, but if we have to get at least one more, I hope it isn’t just be another slippery course with lots of ice and rainbow blocks like Snow Land xd

The fact that we got Toad Circuit and Rock Rock Mountain over Shy Guy Bazaar or Wario Shipyard keeps me awake at night

It is likely that Piranha Plant Cove will appear in this DLC.
For the courses that do not have a prefix, they are more likely to be new courses that are not city-themed from Mario Kart Tour. The remaining city-themed courses from Mario Kart Tour; Amsterdam Drift, Singapore Speedway, Los Angeles Laps, Bangkok Rush, and Vancouver Velocity, covers 5 of the 8 unknown courses with the suffix, Tour. Thus, it is also possible new city-themed courses will debut in Mario Kart Tour.
My guesses for MobDK are probably:
-DK Pass (DS)
-DK Jungle Parkway (N64)
-DK Mountain (GCN)
-DK Summit (Wii)
Although I think it would be extremely funny if Nintendo decided that dk means Dokan Course (a cut track from DS) and will remake it for this DLC (including the SEQ_Circuit2 track from the beta).
The fact that your prediction for Yoshi's island was right leaves me speachless
the only bad thing about rock rock is the side texture. everything else looks fine lol. i would argue that peach gardens looks worse than rock rock in most spots
A couple of my own predictions: Now that Birdo has been announced, There is a lot more to consider with these predictions. Chapters such as Funky Kong and Diddy Kong could return as well, along with others, making predicting characters more interesting. Also, why couldn’t they update battle mode? We’ve seen updates such as shock nerf and custom items, so they might remove time limits from battle mode if we’re lucky. An update to battle would be a good match with Funky Kong, as Funky Stadium could come back.
Now that Petey, Kamek and Wiggler are added, I think the remaining spots should go to Diddy and Pauline. Except if they add more spots, so we could have Nabbit, Funky, King bob-omb, Hammer bro and Charging Chuck

I heard some people speculating that the underwater track could be about the Mariana Trench, the deepest point in the ocean on Earth. I can't remember where the idea came from but it'd be interesting, maybe even scary to some degree.
The "New" underwater track just got realeased, the same with the Yoshi island one.
Also, the are assets for Cars and that so instead on another Jungle, I would say Mushroom Bridge is our GCN track
I hope Nintendo adds Wuhu Loop in Wave 5, and Maka Wuhu in Wave 6. Apparently the last DS track to be added is Mario Circuit. Riverside Park got added in Wave 4, excited to see what they do with Sunset Wilds, also adding Diddy Kong to the roster just like they added Birdo.Diddy in Wave 5, and Pauline in Wave 6.
In addition the GBA track was Riverside Park, not Bower's Castle.
I think it's likely that instead of GBA Bowser's Castle 4 we get Riverside Park. It was recently remade in tour so it's very likely that was done so they could put it into MK8DX
P.S. The Tour community thinks that MOBMU is Mumbai
I think Cheep Cheep Island is also likely since it had a makeover in Tour and would fit well being just before LA Laps
@@sevenoxia7199 Sorry, but nope. Lakeside Park was found in the banner leak, so that just depletes the chance of Cheep Cheep Island appearing to the DLC
@@wearethekoopacrewshorts lmao you're so shallow, the Banner Leak isn't reliable, Lakeside Park isn't in Tour, Lakeside Park may not have been on the Banner Leak and your eyes may have deceived you, and Cheep Cheep Island is more likely. The Banner is just Tour versions of tracks, and it doesn't mean they're all gonna appear, so don't spread misinformation.

@@wearethekoopacrewshorts My "reliable" source is that any GBA track already in Tour will return, since we aren't getting Broken Pier due to Boo Lake, Rainbow Road since its likely being saved for the next game, Yoshi Desert since its too close to Dry Dry Desert, or Lakeside Park because its too close to Riverside Park, and out of a complex GBA track or a rather simple GBA track, Nintendo always picks the simpler one.
One thing to note about Orlando is it’s going to be home to Super Nintendo Land at Universal Studios. It’s release might be timed to coincide with the opening of Super Nintendo Land. Maybe it will be a Super Nintendo Land track
Super Nintendo World will open in 2025 along with the rest of Epic Universe, so that will not coincide, unfortunately
Justice for toad’s factory, riverside park and mushroom bridge
The newly announced Piranha plant cove I reckon will be that Moray track and honestly I love the idea of the two Wuhu island tracks combined. They're such underrated tracks and would honestly be a fantastic addition to the final cups. Unfortunately, Nintendo seems to hate anything related to miis now.
As for the 3ds tracks I 100% agree on toad circuit sucking but rock rock mountain, tbh aside from the visuals I don't mind the track but I don't think the track aged well as its sole purpose was to showcase the new gliding mechanic for 7. In 8, it just doesn't have the same impact, the visuals unfortunately don't help. I would have preferred either a wuhu track or Wario's shipyard.
I got some thoughts with the remaining courses for the Booster Course Pass.
I'll start with the 4 GCN courses. Yes, we'll be getting 1 in Wave 4, 1 in Wave 5 and 2 in Wave 6. The 4 GCN courses I believe it'll be coming are as followed; Mushroom Bridge in Wave 4, Daisy Cruiser in Wave 5, Waluigi Stadium and Dino Dino Jungle in Wave 6.
Yeah, as much as Mario Kart Tour giving DK Mountain a glow up and a glider ramp, it practically is identical to Mario Kart Wii's iteration. Dino Dino Jungle, it looks practically similar and behaves identical to Mario Kart 7's iteration in Mario Kart Tour, and I believe, Dino Dino Jungle is arriving due to the advertisement in Wii Coconut Mall. In Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, it is not out of the ordinary to have courses referencing to other courses, even N64 Koopa Troopa Beach which I am very sorry... we are out of N64 courses in the Booster Course Pass. So yeah, Dino Dino Jungle is tricky in terms of difficulty and also fits in the same 2nd course slot as it was in the original... for some unintended reason in Wave 6's Spiny Cup.
Mushroom Bridge or Mushroom City scenario. Well, as much as I love to race in Mushroom City since Double Dash!! is the only Mario Kart game in the mainline series I haven't played, I have played Mushroom Bridge in Mario Kart DS and... it... it definitely needs a revamp. Comparing it to the original, the DS iteration was missing the green Wiggler Wagon and made the railings on the bridge inaccessible. I have also played Mushroom Bridge... in Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic Games as a Dream Event, Wiggler Wagon and all of that mayham. So yeah... Bridge is more iconic and interesting than City. While yes it is another traffic related course like N64 Toad's Turnpike and DS Shroom Ridge, but neither of those two courses has "A" Bridge or "A" Wiggler Wagon and the layout is surprisingly simple but with the traffic it is chaotic. Fingers cross that unlike DS Shroom Ridge in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe's version, the road has oncoming traffic as well as regular traffic. I have no clue how Nintendo forgot about that detail for DS Shroom Ridge. Getting whacked by oncoming traffic is fun. So it is coming in Wave 4's Boomerang Cup. It looks kinda lika boomerang if you just squint at the layout.
The GBA course in Wave 4's Boomerang Cup, as much as people keep telling me that they won't put two Yoshi themed courses in one wave, well... I'll say one thing that oppose those naysayers... do we have a Bowser's Castle course in the first half of the Booster Course Pass? No. Cause Nintendo hates Bowser Castles. They won't ever bring back the SNES versions, and they totally screwed up Tour's version of GBA Bowser's Castle 3. They clearly don't care about Bowser and can do whatever they want. Also, we have Yoshi (Kangaroo) in Mario Kart Tour and this cup is the Boomerang Cup. Makes perfect sense. GBA Yoshi Desert was datamined in Mario Kart Tour along with Wii Dry Dry Ruins. While I don't see Dry Dry Ruins getting added, they both have the Yoshi Sphinx while the original Yoshi Deset was in the background, I think the Yoshi Sphinx will definitely pop around as an object when it gets revamped. GBA Yoshi Desert is also a VERY iconic course in Mario Kart Super Circuit. Just listening to the music will tell you a lot at what it is going for and a revamp with its Arabian music in high quality would make it a very exciting and hot course.
Besides, we have N64 Yoshi Valley (that's in Mario Kart Tour now), GCN Yoshi Circuit, a new Yoshi's Island course, so GBA Yoshi Desert will definitely fit in perfectly. If we can make our own cups and play it with people both offline and online, you got yourself a Yoshi Cup!
mobDK... some people say it could be a Donkey Kong course, but I am saying that it is a pipe themed course cause "Dokun" is "Pipe" in Japanese. For me, when I thought about it, it reminds me of Dokan Course, an unreleased beta course which utilizes Kanaami Roads. What are Kanaami Roads you ask? They're the platform roads that are made out of chain-links, they're been in Mario Kart since Super Circuit, most commonly appeared in Mario Kart Tour's T, R and R/T variants of courses. While the Dokan Course definitely needs work, I think if Nintendo went back and turned it into a complete course and keep the layout as it was by adding in objects and elements that you see in complete courses, it would turn out to be an amazing course. The tube portion would make an excellent head turning gravity section, if not, then the opening turn is perfect for half pipes. The cool thing is that the name of this course would actually be *Pipe Place* if it was ever completed. So, yeah... simple in detail and layout, but Nintendo can simply grab this beta course and rebrand it as a new course, hencing mobDK instead of dsDK. It is a stretch but that is the only thing I can remember that would fit well as a pipe themed course.
It would underwhelming to NOT end the Booster Course Pass with Wii Rainbow Road!
Imagine if the last new track was a combination of all of the previous Rainbow Roads, made into a whole new Rainbow Road, and that would replace Wii Rainbow Road
May I add that Wii’s Koopa cape was spotted in the banner leak and already got a rendition in tour?

Yeah, theres no way we are getting that many nitro tracks. Wave 6 would barely have any retro tracks if the leak is accurate

I'll be honest, Sunbeam Reef could instead be Piranha Plant Cove 2 from tour because it has one in it.

My picks would be largely the same but with Riverside Park instead of GBA Bowser's Castle 4 because every Bowser's Castle track from the GBA is super boring, also we now know the nitro underwater track in the Acorn Cup is going to be Piranha Plant Cove, also I think we might not get DK Mountain as DK Mountain and DK Summit are extremely similar and there's plenty of time for there to be another Double Dash track added to Tour

As I Mentioned on A Swiftjar video, I think MobNU Is gonna be called Tour Morray Maze. MobDK Might be called Tour Gangplank Galleon. These are names i just came up with. (MobDK is obvious where i got the name from, but MobNU? well thats from "Night Underwater" Which is what i think it stands for.)
MobNU is Piranha Plant Cove, and u were spot on, it seems it’s gonna have multiple routes, and it’s an underwater nighttime course

I agree since it will never work since one of them has to be in the pass, and its likely going to be Dino Dino Jungle than DK Mountain

What do you mean they forgot about the Bowser Castles exist? They gave Bowser Castle 3 one of the best remakes in tour and 8 deluxe and it was like the GBA tracks. They were so unrecognizable but some of the best.

Hmmm the biggest thing about your predictions I don’t agree with is having both DK Mountain & Dino Dino Jungle.
They are both in tour so yes they both have a pretty solid chance. But while they aren’t exactly the same, they are both heavily jungle themed and can’t see those existing in the same wave together.
And not only that but they share the same song as well. It’s obvious that new courses can share songs with older ones (Waluigi Pinball / Wario Stadium), I just don’t see them having two of them in the booster course pass.
My prediction for the last GCN track would be either Mushroom Bridge or Mushroom City considering there were objects & assests datamined in tour, including the green wiggler vehicle

I'm not a mario fanatic but i think having another non mario franchise course like the zelda and animal crossing tracks would be cool, maybe it could be kirby or pokemon themed bringing new characters into the game as well. I don't play pokemon or kirby but wouldn't it be cool to have a track based on either in mario kart. Most likely won't happen though
The Yoshi Island track was recently confirmed to be in Wave 4 so I hope these other courses do make it

Maybe its the copium kicking in but I believe it’ll be wario coliseum instead of waluigi stadium. Both great tracks, but wario coliseum has never been remade. That and it would work flawlessly for anti gravity. And who wouldn’t love a rollercoaster version of baby park??
For Wave 4:
Personal I hope its going to be DS Delfino Square. There are two problems with Airship Fortress: The tower section gonna be a nightmare for 200cc especially for inside drift bikes, and there are no shortcuts just like Waluigi Pinball. Delfino Square has a chance to show up and definetly aged better due to the short cut sections, plus it is said to be datamined for Tour and Nintendo likes to add a non released Tour track to surprise us.
Also keep in mind Nintendo likes to do variation. I doubt we going to have a bowsers castle and airship fortress in one wave, since both are bowser themed. I speculate if we get delfino square, the gba would be lakeside park which would fit, since we always got one outdoor clay texture track per wave (Shroom Ridge, Rock Rock Mountain, Mushroom gorge).
Unfortunalely, I think the most likely to come is Airship Fortress for 2 reasons:
1) It's a fan favorite and one of the most requested course to be in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC.
2) Remember that every courses are more or less linked to his presence or not in Mario Kart Tour. If you check the DS track, Delfino Square isn't in the playable tracks, while Airship Fortress is.

TBH about MK7 Rainbow Road, when I first saw it in the reveal video, I wasn't all impressed because the track looked more blue than rainbow to me, but after playing on the track I do agree that it looks great. Now a little story. Back when they announced the DLC packs for the original Mario Kart 8, there were two things I wanted most from them. Mario Kart Wii's Rainbow Road and at least one more section track since just 2 with Mount Wario and N64 Rainbow Road weren't enough for me. Those packs did grant the latter with Big Blue, but not with the former. Now this new batch of DLC for this MK8, my wishes for this are pretty much the same as with the previous MK8. It already granted my first wish with MK7 Rainow Road and it seems likely that it will grant my second wish in the last wave 6, which is a rather fitting way to end the Booster Course Pass, especially since Mario Kart Wii is probably the one that's dearer to me than any other Mario Kart game. Now, if there's one thing that I won't hold my breath on with the prefix leak so far is that there being three nitro tracks in the last wave. I mean, I'll buy that we'll get one nitro track and maybe even two, but three, I don't think so. If I would change two of those into retro tracks, I would maybe choose Maku Wuhu from MK7 and another Bowser's Castle (maybe the N64 one).

wario colosseum anyone? i feel that track is hardly mentioned enough considering its one of the best in the series and hasn't even had a comeback yet. absolutely criminal on nintendo's part. i would be shocked if they added it to one of the waves though. airship fortress is great and everything but nintendo is definitely playing it safe with a lot of the tracks they've added so far. airship fortress would be no exception. i would be more shocked if they didn't end up adding it.
Honestly, we need a splatoon course. The only map that splatoon has is a battle map that is rarely played on.
