      I'm Sorry
For many years, I carried a deep sense of guilt with me. Which kept shifted, as soon as I apologized to a person for something. I carried the guilt with me and tortured myself for many years. Until I realized, the only person I really needed to apologize to, was myself. I have tortured myself the most. So every day, I apologize to myself, for what I did to myself. This is how I find my innocence; that I once lost, again. And by apologizing to myself, I release my guilt. And so I don't do anything to others either. Because I am at peace with myself and therefore, with the world. Therefore, if you carry guilt with you, apologize to yourself. Because you can't torture yourself and apologize to yourself at the same time. Tormenting inflicts sorrow and apologizing takes away sorrow. "Anyway", is the word that enables me, to apologize to myself. Because I get impulses, to get back in the hamsterwheel of apologizing for certain things or tormenting myself. But I apologize to myself anyway.n

Tormenting inflicts suffering and apologizing takes away suffering. "Anyway" and "Yes" are the words that enable me to apologize to myself. Because I get impulses to get back into the hamster wheel of apologizing or torturing myself for certain things. But I say, "Yes, I'm apologizing to myself anyway." And I apologize to others when it's my free choice. And I use these two methods to do that. By either apologizing to people personally or apologizing to people within myself, if I don't want to make it personal. Because the honest intention is enough.

Guilt ----- Overthinking ------- Racing thoughts ------- Anxiety --------- mood swings --------- Emotional burst out------ Guilt (and the cycle repeats).
Above is the cycle which my thought process follows.

What I noticed today is that Fear masquerades as Guilt all the time. You're afraid that what you've done may have a negative result that will impact you or hurt you, and you assign it as guilt, when really there's no empathy or very little in it so it can't be guilt. This realization made me feel better instantly because I realized I was giving a crap about some things for the wrong reasons, i.e. fear, so I just let go of that fear and got instant relief.

Guilt makes you feel so anxious. It’s a string that tells you to change your behaviour. It can be hard if you are addicted to something. But if you have the strength to do it, through the feeling of guilt and the tension of anxiety, you must stay grounded and do the right thing. Even if your want is so powerful. You have to do it. That’s the strength you are given if you do the right thing when you want something so badly, and your guilt is small.. the anxiety says, you have to!

My guilt from something if the past gets me paranoid and gives me anxiety and I hate it because one day I’m fine and I can forget about it then later on that small tad of guilt lingers in my head telling me I don’t deserve to have fun or I should change my happiness and feel bad for what I’ve done and I can’t be at peace

There aren't many videos about this. I have BPD. I have guilt for everything that I ever did, the Bipolar 1, the inappropriate behaviour, just saying things that were weird or strange and pepper thinking what is he on about. And then calling my ex's mums friend because she was like a mother figure to me, as my mother was controlling my whole life.
The feeling is pins and needles, like a freeze 🥶 response.

But I apologize to myself anyway.q

Nobody ever tries to understand one's actions... Just making up judgements and that too judgements like cheating about the person they know for a lot of time now is really heartbreaking.. and this is what I feel... My anxiety has made me so weak that I always feel a sense of guilt and pain.. the internal pain... Specifically when the people who know you so better do not trust you and want to hear that all what you spoke was a lie brutally hurts... I even did speak by swearing on myself whatever they wanted to hear from me... That I'm a bloody liar and that was the thing which they instantly just believed... And then when you have to hear those things all along with words like stooping so low.. hurts... I cannot sleep...

You can tell me the difference and the next person will have a different opinion. These words mean whatever the person and their experience comes to define them. There is no universal definition so how can you say this? To me, these act the same. If you see them differently, you are right for your understanding. Someone else sees them different from you, they are right to their understanding. See?
