I haven't seen anyone that will really challenge him in Chicago if he's as crazy as he looks here..but it depends on the lineup. Jordan Hutchinson will probably out-condition him

Sadik is an OG and hopefully he gets the win and Olympia qualification. Regan doing the right thing taking time off to improve. Especially since he is going to be a new Father. Well, Iain made it top 7 in the O twice with that so, maybe that's less of a concern. On the other hand, it could really affect your training I would imagine. Hope I never have to find out!
what do you mean man? sadik is now currently big for men's physique. he has the size eof classic. With his current bw, i wonder he can make weight cut for the show. i don't see him getting outsized?
I think guys like Aaron Banks, Buwan, etc will outsize him. I really don't think Sadik has the size. Could be a width across the shoulders and back thing overall
You know I’m a Regan guy, lol, but for some reason this guy looks amazing in the offseason but it just doesn’t transfer to the stage. And it’s not conditioning, guys always in shape. I think when he diets his chest loses its fullness and makes him look flat in most of the front shots. Remember Milos said he could be Mr. Olympia. If he could bring up his chest and biceps he would be a top guy. His back is nasty, his hamstring are always dug out. Sometimes these bigger guys, 5’11 and up, if they don’t come in full they look skinny and that big frame actually hurts them. Look at Quinton. When the bigger framed guys can bring it they are almost unstoppable, Andrew, Samson, but it’s tough to fill out those big frames when they diet down to show shape.
Yeah man I hear ya on this, I really do. I think regan is banking on this food allergy being figured out, and adding another few pounds to his frame. I worry he's a bit maxed out..not as per his frame, but as per his genetic ability to put on more muscle. Significantly more muscle, I mean. I think he can do it, but man he's gonna have to push some serious limits to pull it off.

Regan taking ANOTHER off season is a terrible thing. I get he needs to make improvements but he's taken too much time off. 2 years ago a full off season, this year, full off season. A couple years ago he took the year or two off to comeback from classic division. Idk.
Yeah when ya put it like that, it does seem like the wrong move. The best I can say is, hes consistently moved up at the Olympia, and I'm not sure doing things any other way would have allowed him to place higher on that Olympia stage.

But you put him next to Nathan (who should have beat him both shows last year and I hate Nathan's shape and structure), or hunter, Tonio, krizo, Nick, Samson, hadi, and Derek, and they expose him so much. Regan would even have problems with bonac and behrooz (if he gets his visa) and don't forget about Brandon and big ramy.
