I can really recommend getting the chain mail type knife glove instead of that cloth one that doesn't last long at all. I had the cloth one and almost lost finger tips with it when it was cut by the sharp mandoline. The chain mail is REALLY protective and has lasted a few years.

I bought the walking pad about 3 weeks ago. Makes such a big difference to my 8 hr desk job work from home. I get about 10k steps a day. Not hard cardio by any means but its movement!! I do find it heavy wheeling it in/out of under desk but worth it 100%
I don’t work from home, but I’ve been looking into getting a walking pad before summer because it gets so hot in my area I never want to go on my daily walks, but my apartment is too small for a full size treadmill. That one you showed looks like a good one!

They have a black Cherry limeade and it is spot on! I used the lemon packets to flavor salmon recently too versus using lemon pepper and it worked out well. The L’Oreal Les Nus formula is a SUPERB lipstick. Stays on all day.
We bought the Oxo set a few years ago and love it. Because of the hand piece, the kids will even help and they aren’t as intimidated as some of our other mandolin or grater pieces.
True lemon is maybe my most frequent purchase. I use it in water, to make lemonade, to make a seasoning for chicken, to flavor yogurt - the uses are endless! I also use lime and orange and enjoy mixing the flavors. Love the Naked 3 palette and also have the mini 3 which is great for travel. Thanks for your ideas - I want to try the floss! @@Jen-Chapin I mix several packets with chicken broth/stock with other spices and use this as a base for crock pot chicken. The finished broth is delicious and makes a great beginning for gravey! I am careful if I sprinkle the lemon on directly because it is intense! :)

Have you ever tried to water floss your teeth? I bet you you would love it 1 million times better since I’ve been using a water pic I never went back to regular flossing. It pulls absolutely everything out of your teeth and leaves her mouth so clean. I haven’t had to go to the dentist, so I had a cavity since I started using it highly recommend it!
I got new containers for putting fruit n veggies for the fridge. I also got a new day planner. I got 3 new Henkel knives from Costco with a sharpener thing.
I have added electrolyte powders to my diet to change water and I use LMNT Watermelon and Orange Salt. I also like Perfect Keto Wild Cherry and Redmond Re-Lyte Mango. It is salty but you need salt in your diet, no matter what doctors say. It helps me drink more water and I no longer get cramps. I also love Naked palettes. I have many of them. I love 3, Cherry, Wild West, and some of the others. They are wonderful colors. I get compliments on my eye make up all the time. I love lipstick and lip balm. I use it to keep my lips moistened and especially in the Winter so I don’t get the lips peeling.

Hey Jen! Random question - in your weight loss journey, have you hit a plateau yet? You're journey has actually inspired me to start my own as well and so far I've lost 20 lbs. I'm counting calories just like you and for the past 3 weeks I've stayed the exact same weight and haven't changed anything. (I only weigh myself once a week) I'm still eating below my daily calories too. I'm assuming it's just my body adjusting to everything, and I'm not by any means discouraged which is odd for me. But I feel the best I have in a while and I'm focusing on that. Just curious if this has happened to you as well. Keep up the great work. All your videos are so incredibly motivating for me. 😊
Eating below your daily calories can send your body into "Starvation Mode", which actually makes you retain weight. Best practice is to eat all of your calories to keep your metabolism moving.
@@erinsabattis8623 thanks for the advice. Not sure if it's that though as I'm only eating on average maybe 200 under my daily amount. 1900 instead of 2100... It's just bc I'm not hungry beyond that
Remember your maintenance calories are not static... should be lower as you lose weight. Your deficit is a moving target. RUclips suggestions: Mind Pump, and Muscle for Life/Mike Matthews.
