I completely disagree with your critique. It is an excellent episode and an excellent podcast. As you can see in others' comments and as reflected in the high number of subscribers, lots of people find it very interesting and useful. Here you get enlightenment, knowledge and inspiration, and it helps you to find and use practical tools better. It is a different type of podcast from, for example, Huberman's, focusing heavily on practical protocols. I follow them both, but Scott is my definite favorite ❤!
