      As others said he is unbanned, he streams and makes more money from that then he ever could being a pro player, this is why players like qtp and dom also don't want to play pro anymore, the time investment and stress is not at all worth it, earning less then being your own boss streaming.

    YAY! Update!
    You were cool LMQ, and I honestly think you made NA stronger in 2014. Each week NA got international experience. You were one win away form making the Quarterfinals of Worlds. That darn OMG.
    You did it the "right way." You came to NA and started at the bottom. "Slummed" it through the challenger series. Didn't buy a team spot. You played challenger for a YEAR and won your spot from XDG in the promotion tournament. You did it right.
    Good-bye LMQ. You'll be missed. R.I.P.

    LMQ revolutionized NA LCS...their fast tempo highly aggressive plays with high KDA per match are what makes NA adapts to even try and stay competitive in international level.
    Before LMQ, NA was complacent and was merely content living in their own bubble of a LCS...but when LMQ came and stomp their ground, they had no choice but to adapt to their playstyle and practices seriously.

    I kind of feel sorry for Vasilii, sure he had the anger problems but what his supposed team made him go through, basically punishing him to go play alone in the basement and work tirelessly for a spot that never came is just cruel. It obviously did nothing good for his mental health. They should have just released him if they never planned to ever use him despite what they told him.

      Kalicer what lol. Try playing league for a whole year in a basement with sleeping as your only break. With the feeling that no matter what you do, you will never progress. You have zero clue how mentally brain damaging these things could be and yet you still criticize him like you could do better rofl

    • @Kalicer
      @Kalicer 6 лет назад +4

      I could not care less, hence why I said zero sympathy. Oh and what I said has nothing to do with his league skill, just his self control, I have more self control on a daily basis. Anyone could do better than that.

    • @dtierdw732
      @dtierdw732 6 лет назад +16

      that's exactly what I was talking about. You have no clue on how mentally damaging it is on his character, and how it affects his self control as a result from these events. Saying "anyone could be better" and "zero sympathy" just shows you as someone who is ignorant.

    • @Kalicer
      @Kalicer 6 лет назад +4

      I'm calling it out for what it is. If you lose your control to this degree over a game, then you need serious help. I stick by what I said. Calling other people ignorant doesn't exactly help your image either. Ad hominem

    • @emanuelpantaleon6645
      @emanuelpantaleon6645 6 лет назад +15

      i understand your point. Make sense if you see it as just a game right, but you fail to see that these people drop there whole lifes and left there family at homes to pursue there goals, To you its just a game but to them is one a big choice to make and thats what you fail to see. I dont think its the game that affected him but rather his current situation and how he got there ultimately broke him. Thats like you working for years on your current life and out of nowwhere stupid shit happens and it all gets lost and its not even really your fault, To make things worse you get put a dark convinced space and told to work mindlessly to make progress but you never really do. .. Picture it that way maybe you understand.

    WOW, just watched the update and conclusion of the LMQ Saga. All I have to add is Ackerman, aka GODLIKE continued work in LOL esports after his retirement, he streamed a while and got a job in analysis desk during broadcasting. Also he was one of the few who correctly predicted the outcome of S7 after group stage, stating Samsung over SKT. By all means he is still one of my favorite analyst in Chinese, very neutral, not overly one sided for the Chinese player/teams like the rest of them. And mostly, very calm.
    As for our "beloved" ADC Vasilii, has switched to pubg and never found any success in any competitive scene. In the latest news popped up with him where he used to rent/own a ferrari but the income from stream was inconsistent so the dealer seized the car and other assets. after the "girl-friend" incident he was on the verge of Broke, and his string of revenue was close to non-exist. Other retired lol progamers made over 1 million yuan per year (or 100k per month) easily, Vasilii was struggle to make ends meet with streams in the year of 2018.
    Overall, LMQ is my favorite team to watch in NALCS while it lasted, and I think in s4 summer finals, where they had a chance to clinch top seed in NA if they just won one more from TSM, but failed to do so and end up in 3rd seed in NA gave them the worst group that led to the outcome of the S4.
    at last, good jobs Kudo! I wish you can produce more content like this, and there are lots of other stories in Esport that deserves a spotlight.

    Well you gotta understand how Vasili end up in that point teams, people and even his girlfriend to DOUBT his skill and all.. he was once HIGH CLASS PLAYER, one of my favorites ADC of all time and he obviously snapped. I believe having at the back of his mind how failure after failure was keep coming and all things he had been through made him having mental problems. It's not shame to get professional help for it. I empathize him, I feel so sad about his behaviour which in no way is good, but... got think of his perspective for a second the last years of his carrier.

    I disagree with the closing statement of this video series. The fate of the team was tragic, but not at all unwarranted. Ackerman, NoName, and Mor were, in the end, victims of circumstance, but nonetheless aware of the risk they were taking by moving to NA with the rest of their team. XiaoWeiXiao deserved the punishment he received for elo boosting, plain and simple, but everything else surrounding LMQ looks tame compared to their garbage person of an ADC. It amazes me that Vasilli has not been indefinitely banned from competitive play. Never has there been such a high profile player with so many documented instances of violent tendencies and toxic, unsportsmanlike, or outright criminal behavior as there has been with him. Any sympathy I would've felt for him due to some of the hardships he endured is immediately erased by his actions as a result of cracking under the pressure. He is completely irredeemable as a player and as a person in my eyes.
    Fuck Vasilli. He does not deserve to be successful in any way related to eSports.

      He really fucked up and there should be no second chance

    • @TJsaysHey
      @TJsaysHey 6 лет назад +10

      I am in no way defending him, but I kinda still feel sorry for him because of how his teammate described him as 'simple minded with a huge body.' I went to school with someone exactly like that. He was huge, dumb and had violent outburst. He ended up getting diagnosed with severe learning disabilities and some form of autism. After they brought in a special carer to help him in class, he got so much better and he's a really great person today.
      Because of my experience, I wonder if there is something wrong with Vasilli in that way. Because of his family's situation, maybe they weren't in a position to notice, or get him help so now he's grown up to become this irredeemable garbage person. Tragic.

    Alex Gu's explanation of his innocence smells of suspicion. it seems like those scripted statements people come up with in advance in the event that they're confronted about it, e.g. "first of all", "i would just like to say", "i want to make it clear", etc. second of all, you dont need SSN to make a paypal account.
