Bread and water 3-days restricted 3 days normal so if you got 12 days restricted you're down the seg. For over a month. No reading material just to holy book Bible no bedding in the cell till the evening 😂 those were the days 😊 ALWAYS told with sincerity honesty and respect to others VICTOR ❤️

Seen screws in locals being openly blatantly racist in the 90,s . Irm white , but irm white mixed Irish , Jewish , gypsy but that doesn't really come into it I just treat people how they treat me why wouldn't you .
