    This is one of one of the top 10 best, most visual easy tricks to do!
    Thanks for the tutorial Asad, I remember also Jarek doing a tutorial on this as well, but it's nice to see it again, and wonderful performance you did, it was beautiful!

    Performance and tutorial, both super nice again. This is truly a beauty. I love the illusion of seemingly sticking the ace in the middel of the indifferent cards. Such a nasty cheat. Just my kind of thing. I am watching on a sundy morning. What a lovely sunday morning, thx to you Asad. :-)

    Great tutorial. I would advise a buckle instead of a pinky pull down though. Much easier imo.

    • @banil333
      @banil333 9 лет назад

      +Ian Chandler Buckle would be a bad choice in a 3-packet trick like this one. It's extremely easy to flash in the front. Pinky pull down is the best choice for 3-packet tricks because it's easy and leaves you with exactly 2 cards to do whatever with on top.

    • @ianchandler9993
      @ianchandler9993 9 лет назад

      I think by 3-packet trick, you meant 3-card packet, lol. Pulling down on a three-card packet is difficult for me, whereas the packet facilitates a buckle. It takes a split second to get the break that way, and there's no risk of flashing if you do it right. It's only visible from the extreme sides and back.

    What is the difference between standard blue bicycles and your gold label card used??

    • @mr.nobody5061
      @mr.nobody5061 9 лет назад

      There's a little shimmer of gold in the blue if you look carefully

    • @QuinnTube2
      @QuinnTube2 8 лет назад

      The real difference is in the cards' stock and cut. Look up Asad's deck review of the gold label cards. He explains everything very well.

    hello, i've been watching a lot of your videos and i have a question:
    so i started about 2 weeks ago to learn card tricks, and i got really used to holding the deck with my right hand and doing tricks with the my right hand it, but i am right handed, and everybody says that i should use and hold the deck with my left hand (the opposite) . so should i switch or just use what is more comfortable??

    • @benmchale9931
      @benmchale9931 9 лет назад

      It's completely up to you I'd go with what feels most comfortable

    • @delvinsabrin7023
      @delvinsabrin7023 9 лет назад

      The right hand and left hand is only to make you mlre comfortable, it doesnt really matter, but people that are right handed USUALLY hold it with thir left hand

    • @TTaylor
      @TTaylor 9 лет назад

      If you started a couple of months ago, then go ahead and swap hand and relearn your dominant hand. When you get to more difficult sleights it will help you out.
      Don't think of it as a setback, though. Being comfortable handling the deck with your non dominant hand is a great skill to have

    I've been hearing the word permission a lot in videos lately and it's really irritating how people are so misinformed. So I'm simply correcting the false information people keep mentioning because I'm sick and tired of hearing/reading it. Posting a tutorial such as this DOES NOT Require permission or credit. Yes, that sounds cold and I'm not condoning anything one way or another, it's just the sad reality. Giving credit for something like this is a moral element which ties into respect. Is not giving credit unethical and not cool, sure, but it's not ILLEGAL as people are making it out to be, so people really need to stop doing it.
    I barely ever hear any magician saying who invented cutting someone in half when they do the trick, so how are tutorials like this people complain when someone doesn't give credit, any different?
    Whenever I do anything of this nature, I always make it a point to say while I'm not required to give credit or get permission, If it wasn't for (Insert person), I wouldn't know about this so I thank them. it's a personal choice I choose to do, but I'm not required. I do it out of respect for the art of magic itself, and not the individual, When it comes to magic, no one individual has any idea that belongs to them, and them alone, everything comes from someone else then tweaked.
    Also most of the people getting all bent out of shape with this, aren't giving credit or asking permission to do 3/4 of the tricks and illusions they themselves do such as the "Elmsley count" or tricks like out of this world or even card appearances from back palming. it's all the same concept and it really irk's me when people complain about one thing while they themselves do the exact thing they're complaining about.
    The bottom line here is this:
    A trick itself cannot be patented or owned! what gets patented and owned is the prop itself and the patter.

    In the performance, how did you do the ribbon spread without the red card flashing?

    • @td344509
      @td344509 8 лет назад

      the side jog, from Biddle grip you push the card about a 1/4 inch to the right (under the cover of your hand) and then spread the cards. The red card will be underneath the spread and it'll really sell that it's all blue.
