- Emilio Valli, son of renowned singer Frankie Valli, has taken legal action by filing a temporary restraining order in Los Angeles against his older brother, Francesco Valli.
Emilio alleges that Francesco attempted to enter their father's residence unlawfully and subsequently made threatening remarks toward both Emilio and Frankie.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Emilio asserts that he and Frankie have been grappling with Francesco's behavior for several months. Despite their father's financial support, Emilio claims Francesco has been struggling with drug abuse, which has escalated recently.
Emilio contends that Frankie decided to sever financial ties with Francesco, prompting Francesco's alleged attempt to break into the family home on April 5th.
