Huawei GT3 pro. The titanium looks and feels spectacular, the battery is stellar, dispaly is great and very intuitive. Their is also the newer Huawei 4 pro.
Whats with the battery life of those? I have Huawei GT2 and it last up to 13-14 days if I don't mess too much with it, and easily about 10 when using the exercise tacking. And it's 3 years old already.
Watch 5 Pro user here. Got one with my s22 ultra. Previous smartwatch being a fitbit and a venu2. The watch 5 Pro beats em in usefulness by a landslide. The battery is a kicker, but charging it every few days is a habit now so it no longer bugs me. Worth it in my opinion.
As ever, Garmin gets missed out when it's actually the best. I've got the Venu 2. It's got GPS, it's got music on board, it has a ton of health info on it, it actually connects to the bike I use at spin class at the gym. And it's got like 11 days battery life.
Not sure what sort of vendetta most tech youtubers have against garmin. Maybe garmin doesn't have a sponsor payment high enough for them to care, but only the running youtubers tend to share the good garmin news. I am saving for an Instinct Solar Crossover, that thing looks awesome.
I'm glad to say that my Amazfit GTR3 pro is still a fantastic watch. Even though it is an old model, I think it is still better than the latest one, or rather the latest one isn't an improvement. I'd like a Garmin that Runners Need keeps trying to flog me, but the price is ludicrous.
So many out there that it's not easy to pick but with the price point I can only go for something that's no more then £100 and from all things that I been fooling about it seems that Amazfit keeps appearing
Lol. Hellllllll NO it isn't better than the latest one. It's crap. The double winder buttons are ugly as hell. It's made out of cheap aluminum. How you convince yourself it's better than ANYTHING is beyond me. It's a decent watch for the price, but not better than anything recently out. F-ugly watch.
I never buy new products as waiting a year not only makes it cheaper, but the bugs get worked out. I hate tech reviewers who only push the current tech. They use the item for a few months and then move on to the next thing.
Now Pixel watches seem to be falling apart, and I stopped considering the TicWatch for their incredibly bad customer service. Got a Skagen Gen 6 for half price a week ago to tide me over to the fall and see what comes out then. I have its wellness bits turned off to get me over a day of battery since I just use it for texts & calls to keep from digging my phone out of my pocket constantly. But my Pixel 6 Pro can only be used indoors during summer due to overheating every 10 minutes so end of this year I expect to fully switch over to Samsung devices.
Samsung watch paired with a Samsung phone is hard to beat. Apple is probably the biggest competitor in this category. I do wish it had more 3rd party support in the newer versions though

I've also set the app to sync to strava so it auto uploads my workouts there. I mainly got it because it has an ecg sensor on it as well and I've recently had some cardiac problems that I want to keep an eye on. Battery has been great so far and the gps has been really accurate. The screen is bright and responsive and it's fairly intuitive to use.
I am considering the GT 3 Pro - I've heard, that there is a trouble, when you connect the watch to BT in car - it is constantly switching between the car sound system and watch speakers, when you are speaking with somebody. Do you have a simmilar trouble?
I've had a GT3 Pro for a year. Battery life is game changing, really over a week including wearing for sleep monitoring. I'm going on holiday for 4 days in August cycling/backpacking and won't even think about taking a charger. It replaces a Samsung Galaxy Watch that I had for 3 years and thrashing it for durability too, plastic strap still fine on Huawei and barely a mark on glass or case. Google Maps? I'll have to check that out as when I bought it had this use "Petal Maps", possibly because of the disagreement with Huawei and the US government?
@@kop1986 heart rate and steps seem accurate to me. Blood oxygen is hot or miss. Sometimes it measures and sometimes it doesn't. I've had it since last thanksgiving. The battery lasts a few weeks unless you're using the GPS for running. Then it's only a few days. I typically change it every three weeks.
Please please do a comparison for the 4 or 4 pro and ultimate. NO ONE has a video on those two together and the differences and I would love to know what you recommend….

I honestly don't know why everyone overhypes the CRapple watch. I used my girlfriends for about a week, and didn't like it at all. I wanted to make sure before I bought something, that I was pretty sure that I wouldn't have a regret. I hated the shape of it, and how it looked. The UI was pretty smooth, but had a ton of irritating things about it. So I opted for the Watch 6 Classic. I'm glad I decided to try the CRapple watch first, as this settles my mind that I made the right choice. The Classic can look like the most expensive watches which nobody even realizes is a smart watch, it can look crazy and kookie or you can just make it look very techie, with all the information you need in a glance. This is truly a nice piece of tech. And considering Samsung's history, it will only improve over time. But right now, I have no complaints. The battery life was crap the first four days or so that I had it, but my S23 Ultra did the same thing. Then they both started performing much, much better. And now it's perfect. It's the right balance of style, tech and build.

You did not mention the eSIM/LTE capability, which in my opinion is the game-changer feature , that (along with the long enough battery life) will turn mobile phones to an obsolete gadgets very soon. Covering all the needs with one device, safely mounted to your wrist instead of babysitting (charging, connecting, etc.) two is so cool that soon it will become a standard. Therefore, I suggest you do a new review comparing best esim/LTE capable smartwatches emphasizing more on their technical features than the shape and color of the items.
My 30 quid amazon smart watch lasts a week is fully waterproof and does pretty much all these ones do. I got it to see if a decent one would be worth it for me. But I've grown fond of this 30 quid one because of what it offers for the price compared to the big name ones.

U can remap the bixby button to other functions. I remapped the home key to open up power menu rather than Bixby, and double click to open google assistant

No. You're totally wrong. FG6 It is an excellent smartwatch. Google Assistant works again and I have left my GPW in my drawer and have returned with my FG6. Everything works perfect!
Had the apple watch s7. Less than a year later, saw one dark spot on the screen. Apple service said it was display anomaly. Had it replace free bec its within warranty period. I sold it! The watch stayed at the service center for a month! Bought a huawei gt3 se instead.

I don't understand the crappy battery life on a LOT of smart watches. I have a Garmin Fenix 6 and the battery lasts 15 - 23 days depending on how often you use the fitness features. 400 quid or $600 for a watch with a battery that barely lasts 24hrs is just atrocious.
The vital point about smart watch is the way that they are re-charged. If the smart watch has 2 magnetic pin at the back and the charger is 2 needles to be placed on top of the pin, the charger is unstable and slippery. Don't buy such smart watch. You need to look for smart watch that has one side of the watch that can be inserted to an USB power charger. This is the most efficient way of charging the smart watch.
Not sure why Uncle Spurt included the Withings here. That watch is the hottest piece of nut encrusted sheit I've had the displeasure to own for 2 weeks. Not only do the hands get annoyingly out of sync extremely fast, but any of the versions besides the higher tier with the metal link strap lack night visibility. Not only that it just got recalled because their SpO2, "supposedly clinical" sensor was more bollocks than a politician promising stipends for the poor. As others have said, you're better served with a garmin vivo move, if you really want the looks of a classic watch. Or if you want a g-shock look the instinct crossover looks awesome.
I am looking for a new one, i used the galaxy watch many years and suddenly now it stuck at reboot loop. After searching and tryiong everything they all say that maybe it was water ( in a watch build to be water resistant 🤬). So now i don't want anything related to Samsung. I think i will go for a more sport related one like Amazfit or even Garmin.

I use an Amazfit T-Rex2. It's a great watch for the price. Extremely durable and lasts long on its battery.

Picked up a Galaxy Watch 4 classic from Walmart several weeks ago for $139.00. Have been quite happy with it.
I've considered that or the regular watch 4, but the battery life and lack of some features when used with a non-Galaxy phone are why I haven't.

I prefer huawei watches, ticwatch and xiaomi but that oppo is the one I want
I still use $25 Amazfit for basic activity tracking. Cannot justify paying phone price for a watch.

Well because most people are dumb and think apple products are good. Aside for the modern apple laptops apple makes shit products that are overpriced.

The vital point about smart watch is the way that they are re-charged. If the smart watch has 2 magnetic pin at the back and the charger is 2 needles to be placed on top of the pin, the charger is unstable and slippery. Don't buy such smart watch. You need to look for smart watch that has one side of the watch that can be inserted to an USB power charger. This is the most efficient way of charging the smart watch.

Not sure why Uncle Spurt included the Withings here. That watch is the hottest piece of nut encrusted sheit I've had the displeasure to own for 2 weeks. Not only do the hands get annoyingly out of sync extremely fast, but any of the versions besides the higher tier with the metal link strap lack night visibility. Not only that it just got recalled because their SpO2, "supposedly clinical" sensor was more bollocks than a politician promising stipends for the poor. As others have said, you're better served with a garmin vivo move, if you really want the looks of a classic watch. Or if you want a g-shock look the instinct crossover looks awesome.
How the hybrid watch is best the smartwatch?
I am looking for a new one, i used the galaxy watch many years and suddenly now it stuck at reboot loop. After searching and tryiong everything they all say that maybe it was water ( in a watch build to be water resistant 🤬). So now i don't want anything related to Samsung.
I think i will go for a more sport related one like Amazfit or even Garmin.

I've been watching a lot of videos about smart watches and I am really not going for much. I just want a simple smartwatch with a nice bright screen, changeable faces that look nice and sharp and includes those smart features with a microphone and speaker. I have a feeling a more affordable watch would exist if the whole fitness tracker stuff was pulled out of it. Does anyone know of a watch like that? I really don't care about fitness bits. Everything else is fine and it shouldn't be breaking the bank.
