This is literaly a peak of soloq in high elo (around GM) I got 3 accounts perm banned on this shit grandmaster elo because I tried to talk sense to people like this samira and cass without major flame, just naming what they have done wrong and how to correct it. Remember kids being toxic is better than being shiet. Stay toxic. Riot will ban you anyway even if you overpinging (yes that is a case, when u get banned and there is no chat history in ban pop up window in client you get banned for overpinging and then they will say in support case that someone trusted reported you or that you have high report percentage for average player). Riot wont fkg care if someone is running down games as Phreak does that on his account n daily basis, so there cannot be system bans for running down games, unless you go 0/22 like bausffs 20 games straight. Even when you report someone with vod and screenshots on support page as you can check for yourselves there is no case created, you will waste 15 min on typing what the person done to run down the game and you will get pop up "thanks for reporting blah blah", but there wont be any case created as riot does not have human capacity to check out all of your shit reports.
