as a low elo briar is bad here too. every time i play it, with or against its useless. doesnt clear fast anymore, doesnt kill things. just gets cced and dies on repeat. occasionally a leathality build will pop off but thats against even worse stuff or in norms
i love blindpicking top. i try to swap with my sup (last pick) i blind aatrox (ik dies of cringe) and they counter rumble. i can for sure play the game. my support self counterpicks and goes 0/8/0. surely a human being

Plays into the entire wave + conq singed, doesn’t try to e singed into wall and blames magic. Singed is unskilled tho
impossible to E singed into a wall unless he doesnt have hands, Qing always procs singed draft which gives him the movespeed to easily get out of E, even if you Q E with 0 downtime he still gets out with at least t1 boots. any champ with conq can stack it so easy against briar because she cant kite.
@@rawrsonnosrwar6324 didn’t say it would work, only that he e’d wave. It makes sense, since he can stack passive on it and get a tiny bit of health off the bleed from briar, but he was always fucking himself going in like that

5:17 Briar's E seems to be bugged. It sometimes doesn't hit characters right in front of her at all. I think it happens if you right click at the same time E ends, but i'm not sure.
Skarner cc immune in his E.
You can affect him with knockbacks and stuns but it doesn't actually stun or knock him just cancel E
@@VeilVametia He isn't. Only cc immune he has is when he activates his ult. Even if i'm wrong Briar's e still should deal damage and apply bleed to cc immune targets, which it didn't.
What seems to have happen is briar E projectile started from her original position, but skarner displaced her. The projectile was stuck on initial position and didnt actually hit skarner

A similar shit happened to me in the baron pit, I tried to e yasuo into a wall and he just stood there, I'm not sure if it applied bleeding but it didn't hit him in the wall. I also see it from time to time when clearing jungle camps but I think that it does damage. Riot hates her so much lmao
