@@wimiamy9865 They're tough but that doesn't make them a bad exercise, you want to tax your forearms when you're training them and they're free trap gains too.
@@notsurefornow69 Both of the wrist curls are good options, but dead hangs and farmer's carries are even better imo due to their other benefits. Wrist roller is solid as well. Grippers are good for crushing strength but nearly useless for size cause there's no stretched component and it's a small range of motion. Wrist rotations are a solid exercise, but using a dumbbell renders them completely useless. You need to use a clubbell or suspend the weight from one side of your wrist, if the weight is evenly balanced then there's no resistance.

Farmer's carries are very taxing and fatiguing, that's why. You are to isolate your forearms
