- Sure it'll take your arm off as you put the battery in. But aren't all chainsaws dangerous?
TLDR - Does the choppy thing, is cheap.

One of your funniest vids yet 😂
It looks like a decent tool. Not every job requires the biggest chainsaw in the shop. !:- )
Best BOLTR ever could you try Bosch batteries on it?
Love the narration on this vid...🤣. Just received mine from Banggood. Wil test it asap!!
you could cable tie a small bottle on that guard with a small tube
When you have bare hands, always pull or push the blade with the direction of the cutting teeth. Not against them..
Does it take a standard size (replacement) chain please?
Is the “chain guard’ (black perforated bit on top) not connected to a cut out switch, similar to the chain brake on a full size saw?
Interesting bit of kit, moderately lethal (to be fair, what chainsaw isn’t), but interesting none the less.
Replacement chains are available from what I've seen. No, nothing like a chain brake, just bolted onto the plastic.
The spikes are called , chainsaw dogs, or dog spikes
Just discovered that you can buy adaptors for batteries of one make to fit tools of another.
How about an expose?
Perhaps Lidl Batteries on a Dewalt?
I know someone that goes the other way. Buys the cheap tool and uses good batteries in them.
@@DavidMcLuckie would make sense tbh think about battery life and poweeerrrrr
I like that wish I had one of those were do u get one at and how much
I got mine on Aliexpress, probably get them on Amazon and eBay now.
Hey there good morning! I have a question, I just bought one chainsaw and I put it charging right away but the instructions says that once it is connected to the power supply must be a red light until it turns green but mine it's just green and it's on and off. Can you or anybody help me!?
Can't help in this instance. Mine run off the Makita batteries and they go on their own charger.
Hey David. Love the Makita battery videos on “fit for makita” type tools coming out of our friends in Asia.
I can see you have a bottle of Dipetane. Do you rate it as I have just came across it and about to add it to my fuels. I. E. Diesel heater red diesel, paraffin laps and petrol generator??? Can you advise?
Best regards,
Scott. ✌️🙏✌️
I've been trying it in my Hilux but after two tanks I don't see a difference. Might be different on a high mileage engine or if you do a lot of towing. I should get another bottle to try in the heaters.
@@DavidMcLuckie
I’ve heard the same and as the same as Redex petrol and diesel. Like you say for high mileage vehicles and engines but modern engine then maybe not. Was more interested in a cleaner burn on my paraffin lamps and diesel heater plus getting old Honda generator. I will update this comment if I get any luck my end. 😁👍👍
@@scottl7644 From what I gather, dipetane is just very refined light paraffin. I had more success adding a minimal amount of dry acetone to the fuel (1ml per 5l) but check seals, etc. first to make sure they can handle it. It definitely works as it got my sooty old JTD to pass it's emissions test and seems to have added a few MPG too.
ooh , someone has got a new box-cutter
Will my 24v mini chainsaw run on 18v makita battery?
Probably, albeit slowly.
I feel like if I went up the ladder with that I‘d come back with one hand less and a bucket of blood lost
That would be due to stupidity then on your own head use common sense and you are fine

It's called rare sense 🤣
Ive yet to discover this one! I ordered a mini sabre saw (makita compatible) for only 24 quid at the start of the week, and seeing a brushless angle grinder for £30 makes me tempted. the sds is more expensive around £80 and the genuine makita around 100 so doesnt make much sense, i plan on modifying the sabre saw to work with my bosch batteries, bargain.
Spiky things make sense, I can't remember the name either!!! :P
As for the saw, yeah, it works, but could definitely use an interlock of somesort, cos there's someone out there who would not be attentive enough to safety and chop their willy off with it I'm sure... :P
Oddly specific injury there lol
@@johnphillip1711 Given there are people who hold live tools between their legs when doing stuff to them, it's not unreasonable to think they'd end up with an impromptu DIY sex-change operation... :P
@@twocvbloke While still holding the trigger button in? 😳
Frightening
I bought one of these. It stopped working after an hour.
Did you lube the chain?
I thought they were used for opening cardboard boxes....
I guarantee if I tried to open boxes like Ave I'd chop through something important.
O YEA FIRST !! SUP DUDE
The problem is that authorities like the forestry office do not allow that you can collect some free firewood in the forest.
Привет из России ! У нас разрешено собирать , заготавливать , дрова в лесу . Использовать бензопилы можно .
Hey I think your related to super Gran I'm sure you are. 😉 👍
So a 6incher will attend to the bush nicely.......
2:49 Or if you finally killed your friend with it, make sure that you have 5ah genuine Makita battery to finish the job and make everything clean.

It had better be good if its gonna persuade me to give up my hatchet, machete & cleaver as my preferred de-limbing devices. 😇
Without any safety systems I'd say it would de-limb you pretty quickly given the chance. :)
@@DavidMcLuckie
I say it has no chance without sucking up to a foreign army to give ir permission n back it up 😎
I KNEW A GIRL ONCE WHO ENJOYED A LITTLE TICKLE ! HAHAHAHAHAAHAH
Back in my forestry days, old cutters (usually contractors) would use the cheapest lubrication they could get their hands on. Invariably that was used engine oil. Please don’t anyone do that. It’s “used” for a reason and considering chain oil splatters everywhere, you and any wildlife will suffer
I use a bottle of bad jokes oil with my saw, they're extra tacky apparently... :P
I can see this being taken off the market pretty quickly as lacking a basic safety feature
I'm not sure AliExpress cares that much with regards to safety. :)
Where can I buy this model please
Helloooo
they are going to a and e lol
got one what a load of crap
Under ten mins 🤔 must be shite 😂😂😂
Nope not shite tbf I’m pleasantly surprised by that but where it lacks in being shite it definitely makes up for it with how bloody dangerous it is 👌
Yes. Works great. But for the love of god be careful with it.
Good for a single women to cut up sticks
And possibly self defense.
@@DavidMcLuckie Haha women have the ability to kick guys in the balls! If it’s an angry girl on girl situation then maybe
