At 0:37 is there a loop in the fuel line Under the tank cause if not I’d recommend that either over or under the tank so the gas doesn’t siphon out. I’m sure you already knew that though. Nice flying man! Edit: it looks like there is but I can’t tell for sure.
the great thing about learning to fly like this in Minnesota where the average wind speed is about 25 mph you can fly in one spot and practice your tricks.
And it is proof that young people can still concentrate on one thing and not have to keep looking at their cell phones. At least with this kid here ;-)
Are the 1.25" servo arms the size you are using currently. going to be building this model soon. Are you you using the same arms on all surfaces. Info would be super appreciated. Great flying and video by the way .
Is there a reason why you use stock mufflers rather than cannisters or even tuned pipes? I am usually using cannisters because they are more silent, but are there other reasons? Curious to hear your input on this
@@MartinPickering-PickeringRC Thx for your reply! I'll be mounting a DA100, and I have to be careful about the noise. Last question is two in one cannister or two separate ones?
Fully symmetrical wings, you could literally flip the wings on the plane left to right and it will still fly the same way(just remember to reverse the servos).
Jets can fly ' inverted ' , in fact if recall correctly back in the late 60's or 70's I know there was a commercial jet test piliot who did a barrel role in a Boeing jet over '' Lake Washington '' in Washington State.
Your a awesome pilot !! also I have a question , I have a gold wing raven and it's going to need a little bit more of a pound of weight in the front of the engine box to make it Ballance at 5" from the leading edge of the wing . You ever run into this situation with any of your airplane's ??
Hey sir!! Love your channel!! I can't get my da-120 to have that same sharp popping sound like you. Any tips ? It's tuned slightly rich and has plenty power and fast response. I've been thinking to advance the timing maybe ?
Oh, boy! Those outside turns made me turn red just watching. Been there, done that in the Pitts S2A and 2B (old fashioned, under-overpowered biplanes that were built like tanks).........inverted flat spins, all that. Well done! My friend! (I fly RC helicopters now. Retired airline pilot).
You sound a lot like a friend of mine who built a full-size Cristen Eagle in his garage. Later he owned an MX2, a Yak55M, etc. Also an airline pilot, and a lot of R/C and full-size glider flying too.
@@CyclingMikey the flying bug never leaves you once its bitten you good and proper. That's pretty good for a toy. I do it in real life, with a real airplane, at night, and with my eyes closed, and I'm drunk. Been doing it now for about 15 years!
Did this guy sell his soul to the devil, because he sure can fly this airplane like there's nobody's Business. Good job Martin just kidding about the devil.
I would imagine your subs are low because you don’t interact with them much. I’m sure you’re a busy man but a channel is like a child….she needs lots of attention.
You guys know why real planes aren't flown like this? Too hard to clean the puke out of the instruments! Man, I consider myself a decent pilot, and I can't even dream about flying 3/4's of the stunts that were just pulled. I have never seen a plane flip on its spar axis like that. So tell me, how many have been wrecked to get to this level?
As always Martin, great flying! That is a really cool bird! The colors are amazing, it is brilliant in the air. Cheers!🍻
Awesome flying Martin😀👌
Keep well & all the best from sunny South Africa 🇿🇦
Your brain is different. I could never fly like that. Amazing.
I tried. Fortunately, electric only, so when I crashed (and did often), repairs/replacements were considerably cheaper.
Just amazing, once again!
Extremely talented!!
So far, I think you are the best RC pilot on RUclips.
You should also check out Jase Dussia
Hi big fan from SA
Very impressive sir!!
Great flying and you are always a joy to watch
Your flying skills are just off the chart!!! NUTS!!! So impressive to see.
awesome martin! i actually have a maiden on my 85''' extreme flight slick aswell.
Yes, a new MP video! Keep up the great work
Awesome! You’ve inspired me to start practicing and learning 3D just started yesterday. Have a long road ahead of me but it’s fun already!
It’s looks great, one of my favourite rc plans. ENJOY
The best flying I’ve seen great job
Nice! fly Martin.

Awesome stick control! 👍
Just brilliant , wonderful flight, she a beautiful plane 👍🏻
Hi Martin! Very nice flying, like your videos 🙃
And it is proof that young people can still concentrate on one thing and not have to keep looking at their cell phones. At least with this kid here ;-)
This looks like this was filmed at the field off ''Iron Wood Rd '' in AZ or out by Florence, AZ
Lmfao it does. It also looks like Tuscon. That's why they filmed Spaghetti Westerns there.
Amazing skills. Nice to see you taking your time to check the engine throttling before start.
Nice flying young man 🍻
What power switch are you using?
I say,,, "hey man, nice flying "!
And i thought my GP38 sounded good!! This thing is a beast! Great flying as usual Martin!
So sick can’t wait for mine to be finished
Spectacular!

Beautiful bird, and rad skills brotha!
When his knife edge speed.is my Full stall Speed.
Sheessh!!!
The Airfield is a Dream no Obsticles no trees, makes it much easier
Big bird, crazy flying! 2 sizes bigger and you will be sitting in the cockpit!!
Freaking amazing flying😳

The noise on cannisters is much nicer, but throttle response is slower…
@@MartinPickering-PickeringRC Thx for your reply! I'll be mounting a DA100, and I have to be careful about the noise. Last question is two in one cannister or two separate ones?
I subscribed simply as a thank you for showing your absolutely freaking incredible skills. Thanks 👍
Awesome flying everything is nice a slow and precise just shows you dont need to scream about fast to do all the tricks 👍
_How does it fly upside down without the wing's "lift" pulling it toward the ground?_
_Is the airfoil symmetric top-to-bottom?_ 🤔
How does it fly when doing a knife-edge? ;-) Aerodynamics and physics =)
Fully symmetrical wings, you could literally flip the wings on the plane left to right and it will still fly the same way(just remember to reverse the servos).

You can fly upside down with non symmetric wings and symmetrical. Symmetrical makes it easier.
Angle of attack creates lift.

What a sick color scheme on that Slick ;o) Sexy flying as always! Thanks for sharing :o)
Awesome bro you re great
Martin Great flying. which power switch do you use ?
In this one I have a Powerbox Pioneer, very small and light but still powerful enough for the job!
Do you have a carb adjustment video..liked your start up routine with the slow increase in throttle
Pure Awesomeness 🔥👍✌️

Who’s on off switch did you use , where can I order it from?
Great flying. I never tried 3D flying, and never will. I like to fly scale, and that is enough of a challenge to me.
WOW, that is my dream plane.
Have you ever considered using a chest mounted GoPro to record your inputs? I'd absolutely love to see that.
Tem uns desse aqui no Brasil tá fazendo sucesso
The climbing flat spin was undoubtedly the most impressive thing
How much does it cost
You could open an envelope with that knife edge! 😳
Nice 😂🤣😂
Very good 👌 friend saludos
I wouldn’t trust myself to fly such a beast one wrong move and a whole lot of money down the drain.
Please kindly list components of plane? Thank you
Martin, do you use expo? If so which % ?
Great video as usual
I've flown a lot of RC and Full Scale aircraft. 3D takes a tremendous amount of skill.
...but for some reason I find it quite annoying.
agree 100%, controlled kaos to me
That’s a very accomplished pilot there. Incredible skills.
Wow
I need to learn the proper way to C G the plane to get the perfect axial rolls. Maybe you could do a tips n tricks video on how to do this 🤔😉
So sick. I mean slick

Great flying. But an r/c plane never looks correct to me without a pilot.
I can never see the pilot figure INSIDE
What you using as a chicken stick ??
Paint roller!
@@MartinPickering-PickeringRC great idea !
Looked like a towel you had rolled up was wondering the same thing
Tuyệt vời martin
wen u think u got skills then u see a master and no u have not amazing flying 100% u have my full respect for them skills ( UK )
Truly exceptional flying skills.....I would have crashed at least 50 times.......
I keep thinking, if someone were inside that...they'd swear they've been about to die the whole time.
I suspect the forces imposed by the acceleration actually WOULD kill a human. Pretty awesome!
TOPZERA DAS GALÁXIAS 👋👋👋👋👋👋👍👋👏👏👍😎😎😃➕🏁🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
end of gaz engine
He is god
You mean good 👍
So where is this entity actually getting lift from assuming it is?
If you think you got your thrills from a PC game, try a real-life RC flight where you only have one life and you're dead if you fail.
I like 3d, both airplanes or helis, but to be honest, it got to a point where they all look the same....
Dude where's the smoke system c'mon man lol!!!!!
Just realized that you fly mode 1
No I don't think he does. His throttle seems to be on the left. Check out the warm up routine. All done on left hand stick.
Check 1:10 aileron and elevator on right stick and rudder and throttle on left stick mode 2
@@andrewpearce2562 no you are wrong mode 1 is throttle and aileron on right stick, been flying it for 30+ years
So im seventh
Lol plane pls go fart at the bathroom no bro but seriously the engine sounds like were farting lol XDDD
Even though I know it's a gasoline engine I smell nitro fuel.... weird.
Looks like you need practice. Back to the simulator.
Did this guy sell his soul to the devil, because he sure can fly this airplane like there's nobody's Business. Good job Martin just kidding about the devil.

Why don't you just buy a helicopter
