Visit to the Didcot Railway Museum in the UK. Great Western Railway focused collection.

I visited the Didcot Railway Center in 2023. The theme for the weekend I visited was 19th century steam. They were running two steam engines from that era. Also they were emphasizing the GRW of then. The display of 7 foot broad gauge replicas and the Pneumatic propulsion experiments of the time.
Furness number 20 an 1863 Sharp Stewart 0-4-0.
Great Western 1340 “Trojan” an 1897 Avonside Engine Company of Bristol 0-4-0T.
The museum has a strong focus on Great Western equipment and history. There are examples of all mainline GWR engines and examples of most wagons as well as a few early replicas of 19th Century Broad Gauge GWR examples.
