The red and yellow flag represents the southern part of Sweden where Malmö are from called "Skåne". The red is from the danish flag and the yellow from the swedish.

the red and yellow flag is our län "state" flag and the name is Skåne and in english Scania

Red-yellow flag is "Scania" flag. Malmö / Skåne comes from Denmark from the beginning, when Denmark lost the war against Sweden, Denmark gave away some of its land to Sweden, which was then called Skåne
Malmö is Skåne and we have both colors on our flag red / yellow
the rest of Sweden only has one flag, which is then blue/yellow

That's not a girl on the flag.
It's the logo of our main Ultra group Supras Malmö.
