That was actually 1mm thick polystyrene! It's a versatile material for projects like this.

Hallo, wie macht man das, damit Schrauben passen?

Hey, hier verwende ich noch Schrauben mit selbstschneidenden Gewinde. Inzwischen bohre ich aber ein 1,6mm Loch und schneide mit einem M2 Gewindeschneider das Gewinde rein. Anschließend nutze ich M2x4mm Schrauben. Das funktioniert perfekt. Grüße
