Hey, ich nehme einen 1,6mm Bohrer. Versuch mal erst mit 1,6mm in die Niete zu bohren bevor du das Auto mit 7mm öffnest. Ein kleiner Tropfen Öl und langsames bohren wirken Wunder. Als ich das noch nicht gemacht habe, sind mir die Bohrer auch abgebrochen. Grüße

Are you referring to the rims? I did recreate the original rims from the movie, but I had issues during printing because the details were too fine and didn’t come out properly.

Thank you for your comment! The cars are originally riveted, not screwed. To remove the rivets, I follow this process: First, I drill into the rivet with a 1.6 mm drill bit to create a guide. Then, I use a 6 mm drill bit to fully remove the rivet. Finally, I cut an M2 thread into the hole, allowing the car to be reassembled with screws later. 😊

Hey, thanks for stopping by. This is 3mm polystyrene. To create the contours, you can use the back of a craft knife or even a nail. Best regards.

Hey, hier verwende ich noch Schrauben mit selbstschneidenden Gewinde. Inzwischen bohre ich aber ein 1,6mm Loch und schneide mit einem M2 Gewindeschneider das Gewinde rein. Anschließend nutze ich M2x4mm Schrauben. Das funktioniert perfekt. Grüße
