I just started watching several video on TMS. Question: it appears that at least the Expenses presentation could be a duplication of entering data into QB. If so, could you mention which TMS videos that could be built without there being a duplication of entries into QB. Thank you. Good stuff.

Miranda, at the end you show how to do what type and recurrance, but how do i make it automate the weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly expenses so i dont have to keep do it manually? also how do i end a month or quarter for example so it doesnt keep adding up continually?
Can you explain why my screen appears different when I am 'starting' ?? At the top of your screen it shows "interfaces" however, mine shows "data"... is there a difference??

I use quickbooks for accounting :)

hello I can't find part 1 of the Building a TMS system (expenses).
Question off topic.
I had a broker agreeing to pay a rate con. Well month passes by now is wanting to deduct $106 because load was under 2 lbs. Broker is ignoring my emails, accounting non helpful. What would be the next step.
Tell them you're going to file it on their Bond usually does the trick.

Truck and trailer is an asset not expense right? And do I need keep all those bills and at end of year give it to tax person or I can only give the exported AirTable ?
That is correct, I just put them as an expense for cash flow purposes. And yes! Keep those receipts!
I need help! When i click on field it keeps taking me to " This view is used in other bases" so I tried to find my way around this by clicking on catagory drop down and clicking " filter by field". I'm at a total loss as to what to do next..... ex: " In this view show records" Where, contains, enter value, and drag conditions here to add them to this group ect ect ect. Mine will not allow me to simply click on filter on the top ribbon as you did, it doesnt allow me to get pass the " This view is used in other bases" pop up. Please help

Can you please make a video about how to get permits for Canada and Alaska. For example what you need to do from booking the load to getting the permits for alaska a d canada
