    This reminds me of player made randomizers in single player games. Scramble the numbers & ability names, finding out what the names and numbers are makes it worth playing again. Maybe a mod like that could give replay value to a genuinely good game like Resident Evil, Silent hill or whatever since those games are all about item acquisition and survival. But not really. Scrambling the numbers in a mmo is an exercise in aggressively wasting time. There's not even a point, besides making the numbers higher and dressing up the doll yet again. They've been scrambling the numbers since 2004 and people still get worked up about it, it's not normal. Only genre where it's appropriate to randomize values are strategy games like Command & Conquer, Civilization and Total War. Or if you're a content creator, a random (GOOD) game yet played.
