One thing that speaks for Wrio is that he has been buffed so many times with synergistic team mates, which can’t be said of the older cryo cast. None of those have skyrocketed his dps, but they are relevant buffs nonetheless. And offer so much team building flexibility. Also, and yes this is Future Impact cope, the next regions might see the release of honest cryo buffers. Although it’s very easy for uncle Hoyo to make them somehow not work that well with Wrio. Going to pull for him nonetheless, because he is peak design, packs more cake than any waifu in the game, and works with all my favorite units.

The pity can be saved but it’s separated, you can’t store pity on non chronicle wish patches. 2.Does not appear very often, maybe only once or twice per year. 3.Even leaks couldn’t confirm when a chronicle wish will be live or who the characters will be on it. Players only know it through livestream of the patch which is only 12 days before new patch is released. For that it’s almost impossible for players to save pulls. 4.Guarantee does not share between each banner. You lost 50/50, then if you don’t have enough pulls. You still have to risk 50/50 next time. Yeah, maybe you can lose 50/50 to a limited character. But if you already have that guy, I think it’s still worthless.

I think that apart from Furina and her constellations, there is no other right answer. I myself am interested in having Rizzley, but he needs to appear at some ideal moment where I have enough primos and there is no unit that I find more relevant for my account. Either that or he decides to show up early while I'm fishing for some 4-star that interests me.
I would advise you to reconsider unless you really like his design - bro feels straight up disgusting to play, he is physically unable to hit anything that isn’t directly packed right in front of him, and there are way better single-target units.
If someone actually wants Mizuki, then definitely get her weapon since if she’s gonna go into the standard banner, then her sig is probably not gonna get a rerun
in the wrio driver team, xilonen might be better than bennett as she can buff mavuika's off field damage, plus no circle impact. mavuika citlali xilonen has really become the natlan national team lol
Sigewinne (AKA Hydro Zhongli) has had some new comfy teams since her release. Off-field: - Chasca teams (especially c1) w/ Furina & Ororon/Citlali is an extremely sturdy team w/ team healing, a shield and freeze with Citlali. On-field: - Chiori teams w/ Furina, Kachina & Chiori. You get to normal attack on Siggy to proc Chiori's Tapestry buff and have plenty of crystalize for free damage mitigation. - Hyper team w/ Furina, Kazuha & Ororon/Citlali. Chasca replaced w/ Kazuha, arguably c0 Siggy's highest burst damage team and great in AoE. P.S. I was able to do top half this abyss (no resets) with the Chiori Siggy variant with my bottom side being an Aggravate team. Kachina being my only Natlan character this abyss. Of note, Sigewinne's e.skill bubble will home in on the Goldflame Qucusaur Tyrant during its Golden Flame transformation as well as being a hydro bow trivializing the boss.
I run her as a dps with Furina, Kazuha and Xilonen (yeah basically Neuvi bis team but Siggy) and can comfortably 36 stars abyss no issue. Btw, I do have Neuvi but I prefer using Siggy coz she's cute, nothing more lol.

For the citlali furina debate i think citlalis implementation has been done verry well since there's a devide between standard icd pyro dps's and no icd or fast hit one In my testing the only teams where citlali is better are mavuika gamer and arlechino but no one plays arle with furina Dehya and yoimia hit too fast and die luc liney and hutao apply too much pyro and Klee always made the support react
if they just made bosses not absorbed aura (freeze) and not get frozen . What i mean is the hydro/cryo should still exist but the boss should not get frozen . Furina or any hydro like yelan/xq would prolly be the bis for mavuika/arlechhino since yelan , xq and furina are just too strong as compared to someone like rosaria

I feel tempted to pull Furina’s C2 because I already have her C1 but I also want Mavuika, Xilonen, Xianyun, Chasca and Kinich, and I want to get those characters first as I don’t have them yet, before I try to get Furina cons. Thing is if I knew that in 5.5 none of the characters I mention come then I might pull Furina C2 because then I still have time to save primos for the other characters. But if one of them does come in 5.4 I’ll be skipping Furina for now. But I’ll only know that once Furina’s banner is close to ending.
Hot take: every Furina constellation has more value than her signature, and for personal damage at C6 Key is better (as well as just being better in quite a few comps even at c0). Don't pull for Splendor, unless it's for drip points. Get Key, maybe Uraku if you are using her with Xilonen/Zhongli (it's barely worse than Splendor while being actually useful for a lot of other characters), or just stay on Fav.

i would Say Go all in with Furina. Not only you are getting the best support in the Game. But at C6 she Becomes Strongest Damage per rotation Character in the Game. Furina Plunge Vape does 2.5 Million DMG per plunge that's 15 Million DMG per rotation which is even higher than C6 Mavuika.
maybe I might actually go for constellations on a banner for the first time ever (for Furina ofc), tho that heavily depends on my luck on the Clorinde banner and the characters, that are on the following banners (5.5)...and whether I decide to pull for the weapon banner in the 2nd half of 5.3
Ngl, these banners target me specifically, just right after I gouged my monthly savings for Himeko and granny, and I still want clorinde 2 weeks later. Curse you hoyo/s. Mizuki may be cute, but she’s standard soon, so I will get her when I least want it. Furina cons are strong, but cons are expensive and if I go all in for C3 then I need to tighten my spendings for that month a lot. Sigewinne and Jotaro are some of my fav characters, but sigewinne’s kit exists (should’ve been a 4 star smh), but I still want a cute comfy healer; while wrio really wants C1, and I am not sure if he can stand up to snezhnaya cryo characters. Doesn’t help that I am saving for Ben 10 and Childe thrower. So if banners don’t change, imma pull clorinde 1st and save for childe abuser and Ben 10

idk if I'll have resources to upgrade my furina from c0r1 to c2r1, bc papacchino's upgrade from c0 to c2r1 will suck me dry.. BUT, sigewinne still is one of my best healers, spc bc she's the only one I have that heals the entire team with her skill.. also, I'm using her in a mavuika c0r1, xilonen c2r1, mualani c2r1, sigewinne team.. she barely applies hydro, which is good bc it doesn't mess up with mualani's vapes, while giving that sweet +25% hp hydro resonance..
Using Sigewinne just to remove Burning for Kinich team's 2nd rotation is really hilarious 😂 I do believe her best team is Forward Vape Furina, it's just not that popular among the player base.

Yep! If my Kokomi is being used in a Taser Freeze team or has no vigor for Theatre, I use Furina if she's available and throw in Yao Yao for Dendro Resonance and healing

i would Say Go all in with Furina. Not only you are getting the best support in the Game. But at C6 she Becomes Strongest Damage per rotation Character in the Game. Furina Plunge Vape does 2.5 Million DMG per plunge that's 15 Million DMG per rotation which is even higher than C6 Mavuika.
maybe I might actually go for constellations on a banner for the first time ever (for Furina ofc), tho that heavily depends on my luck on the Clorinde banner and the characters, that are on the following banners (5.5)...and whether I decide to pull for the weapon banner in the 2nd half of 5.3
Ngl, these banners target me specifically, just right after I gouged my monthly savings for Himeko and granny, and I still want clorinde 2 weeks later. Curse you hoyo/s.
Mizuki may be cute, but she’s standard soon, so I will get her when I least want it.
Furina cons are strong, but cons are expensive and if I go all in for C3 then I need to tighten my spendings for that month a lot.
Sigewinne and Jotaro are some of my fav characters, but sigewinne’s kit exists (should’ve been a 4 star smh), but I still want a cute comfy healer; while wrio really wants C1, and I am not sure if he can stand up to snezhnaya cryo characters. Doesn’t help that I am saving for Ben 10 and Childe thrower.
So if banners don’t change, imma pull clorinde 1st and save for childe abuser and Ben 10

idk if I'll have resources to upgrade my furina from c0r1 to c2r1, bc papacchino's upgrade from c0 to c2r1 will suck me dry..
BUT, sigewinne still is one of my best healers, spc bc she's the only one I have that heals the entire team with her skill.. also, I'm using her in a mavuika c0r1, xilonen c2r1, mualani c2r1, sigewinne team.. she barely applies hydro, which is good bc it doesn't mess up with mualani's vapes, while giving that sweet +25% hp hydro resonance..
Using Sigewinne just to remove Burning for Kinich team's 2nd rotation is really hilarious 😂
I do believe her best team is Forward Vape Furina, it's just not that popular among the player base.

This one is a huge skip since I already have Wriothesley C1 and Furina but the 2 characters I don't have just ain't exciting me. Plus with the fact I'm skipping phase 2 banner because I already have Arlechino and Clorinde means I'll have a huge butt load of primogems for 5.5 so I'm probably just gonna go Mizuki so I don't have that Dehya/Tighnari problem ever again.

Yep! If my Kokomi is being used in a Taser Freeze team or has no vigor for Theatre, I use Furina if she's available and throw in Yao Yao for Dendro Resonance and healing
