Just found your channel and I am wicked impressed. I can't stop binge-watching your videos, bro. You blend the best of both worlds, empirical science and practical home hacks. Easily the top photobiomodulation channel on RUclips.
Great information. I'm no expert and maybe I'm missing something, but isn't the focus on no heat just to distinguish it from heat based therapy? I'm not interpreting the information as stating that heat is counter productive necessarily. Instead that non heating PBM therapy is effective. Just a thought 🙂 Regardless of my comment, it makes sense that adequate exposure time is needed and that intensity isn't necessarily a shortcut. Thank you for doing this, I'm really enjoying your content.
So basically none of the red light panels that people use for light therapy are actual light therapy devices 🤯? They all produce warmth on the skin. Should we be standing even further back? Is it not working close up due to heat?

Thank you. You are a wealth of information
Hey Andrew, does this mean that when I turn on an LED panel, I should not sense any gentle warmth coming from it?
Great information.
