FYI, I installed this kit on my 2019 Rebel 1500 (not air suspension) and the holes shown at 2:55 do not line up as shown in the video. Evidently the Rebel's rear axle has some differences from the standard 1500 axle. This would be easy for Air Lift to address with an extra set of holes in the lower bracket.
Those 2 top bag bolts are gonna be nasty to tighten up at the end. Highly recommend having 2+ people job. I did by myself on floor and it was tough. Put passenger side bag top on wrong. Had to take off and swap 180. 4 hours by yer self
Is there anyway to make it ride better unoaded? I had these installed on my 22 Ram 1500 and the ride, even with 0psi is unbearable. Am I missing something?
When I installed this onto my '19 Rebel it bottomed out horribly with 5-10 psi in the bags. The internal bump stops were too long so I was sent replacement bags without an internal bump stop. The truck rides better, but still bottoms out MUCH sooner than it should. Is Air Lift going to address this issue? I have to run with 15-20 psi unloaded to keep from bottoming and that makes the ride significantly harsher. Until this gets resolved, I really can't recommend these bags for a 5th gen Ram. It's a shame because they work great otherwise.
@@nathancaldwell3949 sadly, no. I added a 1" spacer, which helped, but it's still not nearly as smooth riding as it should be. I'm contemplating removing it altogether in favor of a load distribution hitch. Pretty disappointed with Air Lift, to be honest. I expected much better.
For people with false teeth, you will need xtra strenght polident for the after ride!! Even with only 5 lbs of air in the bags the ride got supper stiff.

I see the updated instructions show parts modified to address the issue I pointed out above.
Do you have a 4x4 rebel
@@drewsadsdfas7743 Yep.
Damn shame it requires the factory bumper be cut offp
Will this kit work with a truck that is lowered 2” from factory in the rear? Thanks.
Will this work with my 2019 Ram 1500 new body style with a 2/4 drop?

Will this work with a 6” lift installed?
What is the tallest liftkit i can use and still use the 5000 ultimate plus?
does it only work with stock height?
Will this work in partner with ram 4 corner air suspension?
Will this void my warranty?
Probably, dealer find an excuse to not pay a repair of problem can be attributed to the bags.

Did you ever get this figured out? I have a 2020 rebel and was about to order this set up until I read your post.
