I wanted to comment on something you do very well: many realtors showing houses tend to move around too fast with the camera, and it actually makes the viewer a little nauseous with motion sickness. But you move slowly and don't bounce around, and that is what makes great real estate videos that are comfortable to watch.

Tiny house? Doesn't look tiny, small perhaps, depending on what you are comparing it with. Especially now we really do have tiny homes which are between 300 and 500 square feet, some are a touch less and some are a touch more. This house looks very livable, and as you said, cute.
