question: the upper floor has a separate entrance - that external staircase. what is unclear though is wether there is a separate driveway?

great house, with a homely feel, and with plans that are really flexible - if you have great friends, also in love with Italy, you could buy that house together and split in two. also, the fixtures, notably in bathrooms, are good-looking enough to keep - so often Italian interiors are low grade and kitch, but this is really quite good - except for the first kitchen, where the sink looks like a bar of soap 😂 the guest house is very, very good indeed, and could house a resident estate manager/handyman, which could be justified on a 4 hectares property. really surprised this hasn't sold yet.

Hi, no it was purchased for 25.000€ when it was a ruin in 2012
In Italy the house is worth about $125,000 it's way way overpriced
In fact it has been sold for 260.000€ after 4 months on the market 👍
