@@groofop - hahaha so true. It's 2019 - most new products should have a video on RUclips. However, the manufacturer's only post the glitzy advertising videos - not the real stuff. Which is why people go to RUclips for a real review. Let me know if you have any questions about this electric fireplace. I actually have it in my master bedroom currently.
