@@NapoleonProducts This is a beautiful fireplace, we just got this installed at our home.
We noticed after running the heater at 76 degrees F for about 10 minutes, the device overheated and shut off. I was wondering if we needed to remove the decorative top cover before operating the heat function? I looked through the manual and did not find anything about this.
      Thanks!

@@Hawtsoup I'm looking at buying the same one because it almost fits my original gas fireplace opening PERFECTLY. How are you liking yours now ? I can't seem to find a single review on it as it looks brand new

@@armandourso5602The heat output isn't that great compared to gas ones. I do like how it looks as an electric fireplace. It is a great decor piece given that you can change colors and flame settings without using the actual heat. I did figure out the overheating issue I had.. there is a magnetic trim piece that covers the screws and that is located near the heat vent. My contractors placed the trim piece wrong and it covered part of the vent, causing the heater to overheat. After a tiny adjustment, I don't have this issue anymore. Overall, I'd say this is a great fireplace if you want an electric one.

@@Hawtsoup That sounds great. I'm most worried about the flame affect because I can't seem to find any videos on it. I have a dimplex at home and I'm usually not a napolean guy but this one is catching my eye. By any chance do you have a video of the fireplace ?
