Getting a fumble recovery on a blitz is just pure awesome. Had this happen against a sibling and just took the whole team out a few times. Very similar to this video.
i remember that top defensive guys like reggie white, charles haley, bruce smith, and others were unstoppable when they picked up a fumble or caught an interception, and that a couple of running backs could do it too. then there was the endzone to endzone bombs with cunningham and the powerslide sacks with howie long the instant the ball was snapped.
Ya...I loved when you had a guy pick off a pass and the game had predecided he was pretty much going to score and he'd become superman and bounce people off him like that. The good ol' days of games.
hitting power on offense makes you break tackles and block efficently. on defense you can tackle well. you get someone on defense with good hitting power in excellent condition and he can turn into something like we just saw. no glitch.
Erik Mcmillan, me and my friends started out playing this one, I just practice and play seasons on my own playing this one. But me and my friends play seasons and league games on the NES or regular Nintendo version. The Nintendo version does own quite a bit more, but both are pure Tecmo! I like the first three they made the one with 2 run and 2 pass plays was good for Nes, then the 1991 game is the best, and this one (1993) version was pretty good as well.
actually it was Erik McMillian, who ironically enough was only like 5'7" and a nickel back for most of his time in the league during the very late 80's to the early 90's
I think from time to time there was a glitch in the nintendo, and somehow instead of picking up the ball the player picked up a star. Look out goombas koopa troopas and bullets!
Doesn't matter how many times you press A to break a tackle...only have to press it twice and from there on out whether or not you break the tackle and how long the tackle will be is determined by the game.
@jeradshaw I played both when I was younger, but with my Age, This one stuck with me. The Noticeable diffs other than quality is that this defense is much more dominant over the offense than in The NES Version. (Despite this particular play). So If Youre able to kick ass on this game, Then Youre More Badass.
lol I remember that would happen to me sometimes... Its like super tackle mode and everyone just flies off of you haha I was playing the chiefs and they blitzed on the run, but everyone still just bounced off of me =p
Quit showing off and get in the Endzone you overpaid clown. Seriously though I remember the same thing happening when I used to recover fumbles with Mo Lewis on the Jets.
One of the BEST videos I have saw on youtube. Also, very FRIGGIN FUNNY! THANKS!
Beats the Hell out of Madden.

That happens on a biltz and you become untouchable
this music > any music in a game made in the past 10 years.
I like how the Cowboys just say "F it" and start pouring out of the sideline.
"C'mon you guys! Get 'im!"

I think Marshawn Lynch recovered the fumble.
man he must have had a turbo stick and was holding the b button!!!!
Lol hilarious. I think at the end of the play the guy with the ball actually blocks too
This always happened when there was a fumble
Chuck Norris in McMillan clothing.
Man...that dude was fast for a DB.
hut hut hut hut hut hut hut hut hut hut hut hut hut hut....hut hut hut hut hut hut hut hut hut hut...hut, used to love that
skills man, skills.
goliath needs blood
I have had this happen before, sometimes when a defender recovers a ball the game programs it it so every tackle is broken without pressing anything.
This is the sort of thing you get with the Cowboys and Eagles: bounties.
Dude, he was using the Game Genie on that one. There's no other explanation.
Just Score Already!!!!
That's Awesome!
Ya...I loved when you had a guy pick off a pass and the game had predecided he was pretty much going to score and he'd become superman and bounce people off him like that. The good ol' days of games.
@jeradshaw This is the Super Nintendo version, thank you very much!
What the hell just happened?
I remember a running back heyward would do that to my defense everytime.
its the matrix all over again
the player's status he was on at the time was exellent. that's why he was able to trounce the whole team. i do it plenty of times with jerry rice.

hahaha that's silly. for all those broken tackles, i was expecting to see a touchdown at the end of that play
Excellent mayne
actually it was Erik McMillian, who ironically enough was only like 5'7" and a nickel back for most of his time in the league during the very late 80's to the early 90's
@jeradshaw actually. this is called Super Tecmo Bowl...for the SNES...
It's funny because Erik McMillian is like 5'6 and here in Tecmo SUPER BOWL he hast the bulldozing strength like Christian Okoye.
While your at it get me some rocks.
LOL. REINFORCEMENTS!

Game Genie! :D
lol it'd be hilarious to see that play in a real game
this just means that offensive players can't tackle
Sounds like someone farting.
I don't know about the one star but I also thought he should have gotten the TD.
@jeradshaw yes nes cant be beat!!!
You get a one star for being a showoff and not finishing the play for the TD.
lol I remember that would happen to me sometimes... Its like super tackle mode and everyone just flies off of you haha I was playing the chiefs and they blitzed on the run, but everyone still just bounced off of me =p
Haha....that's my cousin...Mark "Mighty Mouse" McMillian
@rubbara You sir, are hilarious!
I guess. But in the long run, its the same game no matter what console it is. Whether its on the SNES, NES, or Genesis.
No in Tecmo thats true no game genie. Whenever Linemen get the ball they run over everybody. Cuz they are bigger than everybody. Ive seen it happen.
That would make you stnic's son
oh man thats awesome. i used to love when that happens cuz i got to just run around and beat the shit outta the other team lol
i agree, way better rosters
game shark or what?
This is the fake Tecmo Super Bowl. Everyone knows the NES version is where it is at!
deffence needs somework don't you think?
You still could of pulled a touchdown out of that, and you didn't. Regardless of the fact. Although the broken tackles are hilarious.
its laggy online
I'm his second cousin....how can i put this....i'm his mother's sister grandson...

The Philadelphia Eagles can keep on defeating long-time NFC East division nemesis Dallas Cowboys.
