Snowboarding England's STEEPEST ROAD!

In today's video we're revisiting England's steepest road (Vale Street) in order to try to skateboard down it with an incredible board known as a Freebord. Freebord's emulate snowboarding on concrete, which allows you to carve away speed and so Vale Street is a perfect spot to try to Concrete Snowboard down!

Sik! Much deserved trophy no doubt. What a cool box of mystery gifts. You are certainly keeping freebord stoke alive in a great way. We got steep hills like that for days here in SF...generally not my favorite, but always good for practice and getting the blood pumping. 360's lookin good. Ive been work hard toward small air 360s on my snowboard. Made some good progress last week. Used to do it a bit on my freebord but have leveled myself down to 180s for the sake of self preservation.

Cheers, I've got my eyes on the Parliament Event in June! I can imagine the jump 360s are easier on a snowboard because its lighter, is that right?

I suppose everything is a bit easier on a snowboard since you are lower to the ground and have a much bigger surface area to work with on take offs and landings. And less fear of wiping out of course.
I'm definitely hoping we can get some big events around here this summer.

Check out Bath, Lansdown Lane is Weston Village.. and also check out Lansdown Road on the other side next to the Hare and hound.. . Or Queens wood avenue and Claremont Buildings In Bath... Claremont is certainly one of the steepest hill I've driven up and Walked up, Where my car was wheel spinning, but I did have 5 people in my crappy little Suzuki swift lol

It's a lot of fun, it would be ideal if the concrete were smooth! (which in my case it wasn't)

@@easy_riders On one of the hills I ride, the concrete is pretty good, but over by the Portland Zoo, the quality of the concrete ranges dramatically, making it a challenging, bumpy, yet rewarding and satisfying run!! :D

how is that the steepest hill in England it’s I used to live on a road at least 3x steeper than that and in the town I live in now I could name many roads way steeper than that

By the looks of it the steepest road in SF is Filbert Street (31.5% incline) whereas Vale Street is 25.6%, it's not far off!
