    this is crazy that you recently uploaded this. Im buying a 2013 late year GLI next week with 52k miles. it looks and drives clean, i hope i dont have the same issues as you. car was well treated

      @jnow10 3 года назад

      Look at service records and and inspect the motor, 52k miles is very low for that year so nothing major should be a concern. I had a early 2013 GLI with 100k miles and it had nothing but repairs and had to sell it :/ but late 2013 models also had the updated more reliable engine..

      @@SSR-vz8zx no I bought it at a used dealer and it ran fine the engine was running strong for months until the service light came on and it just started breaking down

    I love my 2012 frost autobahn gli. But this car is def expensive. Definitely worth it though.

    consider a vinyl wrap. it will hold up to brushless as long as it's applied properly and in a matte or satin finish, and shouldn't cost as much as paint

    Looking to buy a jetta gli late 2013 model. Im from the UK I'm guessing it's a American import. Such a nice car never seen before I imagine really rare in Europe. Was wondering what sort of mpg you can get from stock vehicle

    would you recommend to stay away from early 2013 EA888 engines? I am looking at a GLI like this but with 90k miles going for $12,800 I would ask for 11k flat though.. if he has servicing records of everything I would think it would not be a bad deal.

      @@CryptoGuyoti thanks for the reply, I got a 2016 GLI and thankfully it's in amazing condition with up to date servicing. 74k miles for $15k if anyone is curious

      I hope you didn't buy it. It's a money pit and makes no power. Interior rattles and you constantly get misfires from dirty valves and carbon buildup. I had a manual transmission and that was junk. A GTI is a better choice or for the same money get a Ford Fusion 2.0 Ecoboost

      Thats mostly bmw and mercades. Volkswagen have been pretty reliable for the most part. Plus it falls under the category of people not knowing how to take care of their cars so there in lies one of the reason why euro cars have that stigma that their endless money pits but any car can be an endless money pit. Its just mostly euro cars cause their usually over engineered and people forget to take care of certain things so there inlies the issue of reliability. Dont get me wrong there are certain euro cars made that wont last (i.e bmw 4 cylinder turbo engines) but there are some that will especially if u put in the work to baby the hell out ur car
