Inspired by great teams... with the goal of helping great teams that are up and coming. Because we're at a moment that will require new levels of teamwork to overcome the challenges we face. I believe we're up for the task.
Teamwork is very important since decisions are made together and in order to function as a team we must trust each other and thus we will achieve better results.
Wow! In this video we can see what important are teamworks in the world. A real teamwork is form by people who pull up every time, humble people, everybody in the group have the same marks and they are going to do everything to meet the goals. All members in a teamwork wanna be part of the team, they support each other and respect different opinions! Great video!
Some of the best outcomes that I have experienced as a leader, an educator, as a volunteer in non for profit organization and in family affairs have come from team work. Everyone has talents that complement each other within a team. By putting all of those talents together to lead, to teach, to create, to learn and to celebrate can only have optimal outcomes!

Yes. There is so much to what goes into a great team that I really, really wish we could move beyond the sports metaphor. Also no women's voice? Not one? Was there really not even the face of a single woman much less the voice of one included?

@@CM-gx4db I have given no bias merely stated a fact, men are more athletic than women, and thus more people watch their sports due to them being more entertaining. Not saying women's sports are bad in any way, and plus this is not unconscious, it is well known. I am not against diversity but you are trying to force it into something that's meant to be relatble to some degree and its hard to relate to a sports team you likely never heard of or watched. I don't need to take cultural competency training to indoctrinate myself in "diversity over fact."

Teamwork is a myth. The only reason companies promote the myth is they do not want to compensate the success of an individual. Basically the company wants something for nothing. Teamwork in most cases does not work. This video is BS.
