280 g All-Purpose Flour
45 g Caster Sugar
1 tsp Instant Yeast
1 ½ tbs Milk Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
140 g Milk (lukewarm)
25 g Eggs (room temp.)
25 g Unsalted Butter (room temp.)
2 tbs Salted Butter (room temp.)
🌿 Baking temperature & time 180°C/ 160°C fan/ gas 4 ~ 25 Minutes
