Yeah, only 60 residents and 100 rooms? Even just building a single personal room for every storyline NPC (not even counting animals or randos you recruit!) that's already over half your population and nearly half your room budget before anything else! I feel like they could easily double both without it impacting performance too much, at least on PS4.
@@UltimateCarl yeah I think the ps4 would be able to handle that. I wish the switch version was better optimised tho... My residents must hate my guts, tilling the same field over and over only to have me reset their work as soon as they finished... xD
I discovered the area limits of the island of awakening the hardway. As a creative person now I need to change my whole plans to have a workable NPC city + farms and destroy whole areas. My crop fields also were rooms so that needs to go. Its a big problem that decided to divide the green gardens into 2 different elevations, totally useless for creative builds as you basically half the size of the area. Also every NPC area is elevated enough were making a sea port is really hard work of terraforming the whole thing. I suppose that my rooms that i make for decor porposes intead of usuable will have to be built at the end so they are not part of the limit. The worse limit in the video is probably the painting ones, I thought it was 100 becuase of the limit of screenshots you can take, but only 10?. WTF I has such nice ideas for them, now impossible to make them. Animals and npcs should be treated also as separate entities. Them being part of the island limit is sad. But then you have the problem that you can have 40-50 townsfolk (if you count animals and mosnters), but you only can have 32 dishes for them to eat? Yeah, so half of the townfolk basically dont eat, thats great (although i think they could eat by getting soemthing from the chests and eating on a table? at least I hope). With all of this, thanks for the video Ben (I would have loved if i knew about the area limits 2 weeks ago, but what can you do lol). You have the best content of DQB on the whole internet, and as someone that loves the game, that helps a lot. I think the girl on the fishing island dlc tells you you can only have 40 or 60 fishes on one island, I think thats enough to get all the species in an aquarium, but not all the size variations.
This is really my problem with the game. They give you an island to build on and tell you to build what you want but place so many limits on it, and then as part of the story force specific stuff to be built there. I know you can remove it when it's done, but it really makes me feel like it's not My island, but Lulu's (as she always reminds you) and the other people you bring back with you. I really hope they have an area that is just a for people to be creative. No NPC's telling you what they want or what to build, but just taking up residence in what you created for them, wherever you created it in the area. Not in specific "zones."
Ben, in addition to the limitations you have listed, here's a few more that were not covered in this video: Food containers: 32 This only includes wooden bowl and crockery. If it exceed the limit, any more food containers cannot store food and villagers cannot use it. Food decorations: 32 This includes all the food decoration (for example: bread basket). Similarly, if it exceed the limit, any more food decorations cannot store food and villagers cannot use it. Drink containers: 32 This applies to full flagons. Similarly, if it exceed the limit, any more full flagons cannot store drinks and villagers cannot use it.
Interesting. Also a bit shocking, because that's extremely low for containers. These are separate, I take it, because that would be even worse if not. On an explorer's shore build it probably won't be a huge issue until you've been building for a while, what with their smaller size, but the Isle of Awakening sometimes feels like three islands put into one just because of the sheer amount of blocks everywhere. You can build inside the mountains, on them, and so forth.
Great video but I feel like it needs a small update now. With the display frames and things. Also missed crockery(plates and food stuffs for tables) But seeing the livable limit of each area was super helpful. I just wish the game would give you a coloured border or something to help find it easier. I built my “test build” area just behind the scarlet sands area(there’s a beach behind mountains to the east) and after I started testing some buildings, residents were sleeping in the random rooms lmfao. But rooms to the back of the building were unused. Plus they didn’t know how to get out of the building. Just kept walking into each other and corners of walls. Had to break out windows for them to leave. Just find the areas are a little weird to build in at times. The pyramid steals more than half your build space in the sands, the castle is built halfassed in the cerulean step, and the green gardens is cut into 3-4 different areas with all the elevation changes and the big mountain river running through it all. I’ve debated on moving back to the story islands to play there because at least I know my town limits
You sir are a legend. I played through both Builders games on the Switch and recently got Builders 2 for my Series X so I could play it without the slowdowns the Switch version has. Playing through it a second time has definitely made me fall in love with it all over again, but it could do with a few quality of life features. There are so many things the game just flat out doesn't tell you, and some of the restrictions are just annoying. I like to build my rooms tall, and I hate that light sources have to be so low to the ground to register. Also, on a different note, I would _love_ to know how Omega Force contributed to the development of this game. It's wild thinking that the guys who make all the Musou games worked on this.
Thank you! :) I think it's only the engine they used for the game. I know they used the Phyre engine for the first and changed everything for the second one. The engine they now use is also often called the Koei Tecmo engine.
Golems are definitely the easiest way to test the item drop limit. Punching left and then right you can see items despawn. I was using one of them on an Explorer's Shore after beating/recruiting them to collect some dye in the underground area and you just constantly hit the limit with every punch. You have to be careful with it if you want to collect specific resources. If you're just punching above ground and it's not too big of a chunk you're taking out, it's something you can mostly ignore, but if you're hunting dyes and mythril underground, you'll have to be more conscious of where you're punching. I highly recommend clearing an area AROUND the valuable materials first, so that your punches only take out the targeted area last. That way you don't break too much stuff on that last punch and despawn the item you're hunting. I was mainly on the island for the golem itself, so I didn't really care about missing out on the dyes and they're easy enough to farm on later attempts, but I could see someone hunting them and easily getting frustrated at losing a ton of them with each attempt. The roof of the caves, the uneven floors and the many walls and pillars in close proximity to each other is really the only problem. When you're on the surface, it's rarely an issue unless you're punching like crazy into giant chunks of mountain as tall or taller than your golem. If you pace yourself and only punch once and collect, you'll usually get all the good stuff.
I've come across two things so far that cause items to spawn. If you build a tree with bark and leaves acorns will spawn and if you build a cluster of cactus 3x3 it will spawn the little Cacti Ball guy decorations. Are there any others?
Also, after planting alot of medicinal plant seeds, there's a chance to spawn a medicinal plant with flowers on it .... it's very pretty too. Now, I'm going to go look for the flowers with butterflies flying around them.... also, very pretty.
@@BenXC my girlfriend and i find out by accident, because she put down dozens of crockeries and when she reached the red tablet region, it was already at the limit lol

I believe there is a limit to each individual monster spawn on the Explorer's shores. I was on Defiled Isle, trying to get the Thunderbolt Blade. Made a monster trap and just waited. Soon the Treevils stopped spawning on the entire map. Side note: I think the Hargonaut monster is a timed spawn. Seems 1 spawned every 8 hours in game.

@BenXC Can there be a video about all items with mechanical applications? Such as switches, lights, the uncategorized-to-be-mechanical items like the waterwheel, how they interact, etc.
I was so happy building gigantic farm fields and the suddenly the seeds started popping out of the earth. Now I will have to dramatically reduce my farm sizes if I want all the different seeds sowed. thanks for the video man really helped. How can I found your island in the game, is there a search option ?
Makes me wonder if there is limit or what it is of the feeding items; like the pet bowls and decoration food items... Thank you for showing, always nice to know what limits one has to work within. :)

I discovered recently that if you create the best room you can make it count for the rooms below it by adding extra beds or lights so less rooms are being used.
Thanks for the video. Do you have a list of what counts as a "new" drawer vs. an "old" one? Any lists in general of item categories would be useful. Unless you covered all options in this video.
4:22 - If only someone could make a jpeg picture of a transparent overlay of the 'resident borders' with the default map. It would make thinks so much easier.
I hate limits... especially the crop limit. Did they increase the limit with the dlcs since there are new crops? And how many fields can I build until it doesn’t work anymore? And can I build 16 large fields and all the crops will drop seeds in the end? So many questions that I want to know before starting to build my fields xD Someone pls tell me the details about this lol
This is a great video, BUT I can't believe that the video does not cover the first limit I actually hit! I assume there must be a limit to the number of dining sets that let you actually place food in them. None of my dining sets at Cerulean Castle will hold any food.
I wish I had known about the limit to the height a build could have before I decided to build a house on top of the highest mountains. Everything was fine until I tried to put a roof on my house. Now I will have to tear everything down and dig a foundation for it to lower the topmost roof tiles.
are you sure the count is 64 on height? maybe it's 64 because of you being above the spot you are trying to build on. It would be best to build to the side and then attempt to build over the block you're not above.
@@Varunic219 There is a way to do that, sadly not explained in this Video. I believe the Japanese guy drawing the Map used this technique. Just build a "Ward of Erdrick". When you place it down on the Isle of Awakening it will do one of 4 things. Placed OUTSIDE of the 3 colored places it will prevent Monsters from spawning on the WHOLE Island, when placing the Seal a popup message states this. However if placed WITHIN one of the 3 zones it will state that now "Monsters will no longer appear in the GREEN GARDENS"/"Monsters will no longer appear in the SCARLET SANDS"/"Monsters will no longer appear in the CERULEAN STEPPE" ... So by placing the Ward of Erdrick you can somewhat figure out where those boundaries are. Not to the block, as the Ward of Erdrick is 4 squares big and it seems the message depends also from what block you place the Ward from. But it roughly allows you to figure it out. Better then nothing!
@@Lauchstube I dont know because I have a lot of them in my Island and i dont know if share limits withs chests or other storage items! When you reach the limit you cannot storage food inside this decorative food but you can place as a decorative item for your museum!
Sorry, if you said it, I missed it. Are these limits per island or are they for both islands totalled together? Like. Can I plant 1024 crops on the isle of awakening, and another 1024 on buildertopia?
Oh no! Lol, I watched this video with intention of finding the number of plate limits, as well as to see if it is shared with the bowls. I know it's not shared with the decorator food, but I was wondering the limit on that as well! lol I feel like it's a low number though
How can you have 3 buggy buggys? After I built a second on IoA it just said I finished blueprint and didn't transform. I have buggy buggys on each story island now and was wondering when I saw your map you have more than 1 haha. Good video
couple of other limits like what is limit of sets on island (if any or is there limit per item set) and limit of sapling/trees and if possible how to get saplings
I know this is 9 months later... and you probably don't need an answer but just in case anyone else coming across this needs it... Cotton plants will randomly spawn a silver birch seedling beside them. And in making my forest (from scratch without Wrigley's help) I discovered that Stalwort will spawn plumberry seedlings.... this prompted me to test other things so I went to the snowy part of my island and placed freezies randomly and sure enough cedar seedlings started spawning beside them! And they grew into trees without snow ;) Tried putting gladiolas on sand and lemon grassy earth but no luck in getting palm seedlings... will have to try some other stuff.
I wish I had seen this video 5 days ago. I just spent the last 5 days planning, constructing, an recording a Mega resort on the western shores only to learn now that the residents can't interact with it. LITERALLy. I tried putting Lulu's name on a room an only my name came up!!! D:
You mean the store you need a merchant about 4 tables two casks price signs then craft decor items or books cards stuff like that you can stow on the tables and the npcs will purchase with gratitude
Not that I know of usually you just plant them on grass or snow or sand that's what I did wheat grass is for the chickens, meat is for the dogs and cats and they eat certain fish
Ricky Raiden check your mailbox for letters to unlock the aquarium and hoto islands. The modest recipient should be mixed into your already known workbench recipes. They should say ‘New!’ above them until you scroll over them.
after buying the season pass you nee to download/unlock the DLCs from the shop first. after that you should get an ingame message when starting/continuing the game, then you have to check your mailbox in the game next to the captain :)
Room limit is 100 on isle of awaking if I build more rooms on a different island for example buildertopia is it another new 100 room or is it shared between islands
only this many fish... welp... as a fishkeeper with a dream to make a whole coral reef my plans were squashed. I can keep more fish than that in my house for peete's sake.
The chests limit is bs especially because this game is so big true each area is fairly small but you collect slot of junk before you hit the end game that is needed for some of the end game tasks post game
Is there a way to decide how a block with the chain symbol is going to look? I have my problems with the castle wall block 🤔 And thanks for all the information given in this video. Your videos are the best 👍
On the item detail menu it will show you what blocks can turn into. If you need a specific piece, you can use the Stickler’s Sifter workbench to create it. You can craft each section of chain blocks separately with it.
I messured it from the point where you can build up. Imagine building in the water. Then yeah you can build 65 blocks up :D I build from the point where your builds don't get wet
Hey Stacy :) just do a google image search for "dqb2 area limits" there the first result will show you how far you can build so your villagers will still interact with things.

@@BenXC I've been wondering how to get the villagers to milk the cows... Well that's a weird method. I guess you can't use the pot to create a milk river though...
It would have been a GROSS oversight not to let us have a lot of water to build in with a game that has "port holes for a hull" their words not mine. I noticed a limit myself, the worm food and ice lollies....after using your free item glitch I must have dropped like 50 lollies, and eventually he stopped eating them. I think the limit is around 20 but haven't counted it yet.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows how to get the big french looking doors? That are 3 blocks wide and 3 or 4 blocks tall. I've seen other builders have them on their islands but I don't know how to find them or unlock their recipe. I can't get them with gratitude points so that means I have to learn how to craft it. Any help would be nice (I've been unsuccessful checking numerous videos and online articles or whatever :( )
Each island has its own rules, like Coral Cay only has a height of around 10-20 blocks but goes down around 80 blocks, iridescent island you can build up to 80-90 blocks high but only 10 down. To achieve the same as on IoA just use the Blossom Bay settings, there you can dig down 30 blocks and build up around 60-70 blocks.

I'm glad I could help :)
Would you be willing to do a video about storage and how your organize your inventory? I've recently run into the problem of running out of bag space. I built a warehouse for all my stuff but I wouldn't mind seeing how you organize your stuff as well :)
This video is already out :D
ruclips.net/video/h60SNfF2zX0/видео.html
I haven’t even watched the video yet and I love you already! I’m sure this is more of everything I’ve been needing!
Thank you :)
Also of note, you can only have a limit of 4 buggies per island.
Ah thank you :)
Hello Ben
Fair enough Carlos 👌
What? I tought you could only have 1 on only the isle of awakening and that's final. How do you make more?
@@dl5498 you have to use the blueprint and build it. After completed it will transform into buggy.
Gracias Crack!! Saludos! Dejo mi Like y obvio me suscribo!
Estoy feliz de haber podido resolver el problema con los cofres por ti. Siempre ayudo con mucho gusto. Además, ¡gracias por "Me gusta" y su suscripción! 😊
Thanks for doing all of the calculating so I don't have to. Phenomenal video (as always)!
Thank you :)
One again your videos have helped in many ways answering many questions i could not find online. Thank you ben!
God I just want to finish Fire Emblem so I can get back to playing this. I'm just waiting for the final free update
@BenXC Can there be a video about all items with mechanical applications? Such as switches, lights, the uncategorized-to-be-mechanical items like the waterwheel, how they interact, etc.
I will see what I can do :)
Yeah i think the difference is that you started ”sea level” from one block higher than the ”sea level” the other person used
Sea level for me when you can build up is when my build is dry :D
I shouldn't write when I'm drunk^^
BenXC I disagree. It’s hilarious lmao
i really wish that checkered bedrock is a block i could build with
i discovered the snapshop camera can phase through the ocean bedrock you can see caves and underground structures
**This block cannot be broken**
It’s like Minecraft bedrock
I was so happy building gigantic farm fields and the suddenly the seeds started popping out of the earth. Now I will have to dramatically reduce my farm sizes if I want all the different seeds sowed. thanks for the video man really helped. How can I found your island in the game, is there a search option ?
You're welcome! You can enter my ID in the description of the video at the noticeboard (press pause while inside) :)
I never knew that there was a place to build west and south of the island... wow thanks!
Makes me wonder if there is limit or what it is of the feeding items; like the pet bowls and decoration food items... Thank you for showing, always nice to know what limits one has to work within. :)
Fish limit is 50. It tells you during the tutorial for releasing fish into water.
Ah okay thank you :)
@@BenXC It bothered me that i couldn't remember exactly where so I went back and checked. It's that book in the shack on angler isle.
But that is not fair only 50 for a 80 dollar game
Oooooooh a new drinking game everyone!!! Everytime #BenXC says "What the....." with that pause, ......DRINK UP!!! LOL Seriously though, ....GREAT VIDEO AS ALWAYS BEN!! Big appreciation and love from the States Brother!!! :) #BuilderBen #BestDQBRUclipsr #Malroth
I discovered recently that if you create the best room you can make it count for the rooms below it by adding extra beds or lights so less rooms are being used.
What?
Wow du findest immer wieder Dinge heraus die ich wahrscheinlich nie entdecken würde! Weiter so
Danke! Ich versuche mein Bestes zu geben :)
Thanks for the video. Just a little question, are bamboos and flowers included in the crop limit or not? And for the wheatgrass?
Thanks for the video. Do you have a list of what counts as a "new" drawer vs. an "old" one? Any lists in general of item categories would be useful. Unless you covered all options in this video.
4:22 - If only someone could make a jpeg picture of a transparent overlay of the 'resident borders' with the default map. It would make thinks so much easier.
It still a long way off but I can only hope they finally figure this game out come Dragon Quest Builders 3
We are just assuming there will be a Dragon Quest Builders 3 i was surprised when there was a Dragon Quest Builders 2
You can only have 10 picture frames on an island?!?!?!?! What the hell! What if I want all my residents to have pictures in their rooms?!
Wait, so you can put things down but they won't work? I thought you just couldn't put anymore than the limit down! This is a huge help! Thank you!
At 14:13
How did you store those item directly to your bag??
This is a great video, BUT I can't believe that the video does not cover the first limit I actually hit! I assume there must be a limit to the number of dining sets that let you actually place food in them. None of my dining sets at Cerulean Castle will hold any food.
I wish I had known about the limit to the height a build could have before I decided to build a house on top of the highest mountains. Everything was fine until I tried to put a roof on my house. Now I will have to tear everything down and dig a foundation for it to lower the topmost roof tiles.
Just make a blueprint out of it, destroy it and then place it a few blocks lower :)
@@BenXC That's a great idea. I might try that. Thanks.
are you sure the count is 64 on height? maybe it's 64 because of you being above the spot you are trying to build on. It would be best to build to the side and then attempt to build over the block you're not above.
"Okay so next interesting ones..."
(starts placing earth blocks)
Me: You've got to be kidding me!
Item limit per grid area? Or set limits? I’m still smarting from the strict picture frame limit 😡
Limit per island :D yeah 10 is a very low limit
Thanks Ben .... very helpful!
You're welcome :)
Great video ! But where is the link to arakure's channel ?
Oh I will post it later. I was kind of in a hurry
4:22 Do you know a way to setup lines to see in which area NPCs still do something? That Map helps, but without co ordinations i am still clueless ;p
This^^^^^
@@Varunic219 There is a way to do that, sadly not explained in this Video.
Thank you for your vids!
You're very welcome!
Wonder if there might be a hack out there to make residents build on the entire island instead of being limited to the 3 zones.
I really hate limitations. I hope Dragon Quest Builders 3 will exist one day and fix on all these limits.
Have any of these limits increased since the big update?
There are limits in decorative food dishes too!
Thank you for letting me know :)
What is the limit? I am currently building a museum with all cookable items and dishes.
@@Lauchstube I dont know because I have a lot of them in my Island and i dont know if share limits withs chests or other storage items! When you reach the limit you cannot storage food inside this decorative food but you can place as a decorative item for your museum!
The map of the regions in IOA from Arakure is great. Is there a link to just an image of that somewhere?
Maybe somewhere, but I would recommend to just make a screenshot when I show it :)
@@BenXC Thanks! If I find a high res version of it online I'll share it. Your videos are fantastic!
Community chest limit is more than 32. I have 41 known chests working
Bro keep posting we love it❤❤❤❤❤ never give up plz
Sorry, if you said it, I missed it. Are these limits per island or are they for both islands totalled together? Like. Can I plant 1024 crops on the isle of awakening, and another 1024 on buildertopia?
Those limits are PER island. So build away :)
Oh no! Lol, I watched this video with intention of finding the number of plate limits, as well as to see if it is shared with the bowls. I know it's not shared with the decorator food, but I was wondering the limit on that as well! lol
I feel like it's a low number though
Not sure exactly how this works, but I used a curtain as a door. It had some stairs directly underneath it.
Love your vids keep making them!!
I will! Thank you :)
And they grew into trees without snow ;)
Tried putting gladiolas on sand and lemon grassy earth but no luck in getting palm seedlings... will have to try some other stuff.
Oh Ben thank you! Or should I say danke? :)
Bitteschön :D
I wish I had seen this video 5 days ago. I just spent the last 5 days planning, constructing, an recording a Mega resort on the western shores only to learn now that the residents can't interact with it. LITERALLy. I tried putting Lulu's name on a room an only my name came up!!! D:
Maybe use the builders pencil and let it be built somewhere where residents have access to
@@BenXC that is the plan, but it’s so enormous I’ll have to make it on a buildertopia. Btw thanks so much. Your videos have helped me so much!
@@Usagizaka46yeah that might be the better choice, there the residents will interact with it anywhere. Aww thank you :) You're very welcome 🤗
Only 48 fish? That’s disappointing, I can’t make a really nice Aquarium with such a low number.
Your last magnet block is your doomed rooms bomb
does the limit change in each zone of the island or is the whole island of awakening
the whole island
@@BenXC that is so annoying oh well
Can you make a video on how the item shop works? Thanks!!!
You mean the store you need a merchant about 4 tables two casks price signs then craft decor items or books cards stuff like that you can stow on the tables and the npcs will purchase with gratitude
Hi, does anyone know if flowers, medicinal herbs, and wheat grass count as crop? Would that count towards your limit for crops?
Not that I know of usually you just plant them on grass or snow or sand that's what I did wheat grass is for the chickens, meat is for the dogs and cats and they eat certain fish
hey guys, I bought the season pass but I don't see all the new recipes :( where can I find them.
You also have to be far enough in the story for some things to unlock. Enjoy!
🙏 thanks all, i now have everything 😏
Love how instead of being wrong about where the sea level was the guide is actually wrong about the measurements
Room limit is 100 on isle of awaking if I build more rooms on a different island for example buildertopia is it another new 100 room or is it shared between islands
So with the storage is it for each storage components in the catagories? Also which category does each storage go into??
only this many fish... welp... as a fishkeeper with a dream to make a whole coral reef my plans were squashed. I can keep more fish than that in my house for peete's sake.
we really need a pc release for this game. no limits and mods would be cool
There is a limit for descriptive food items, I don't know what it is though.
The chests limit is bs especially because this game is so big true each area is fairly small but you collect slot of junk before you hit the end game that is needed for some of the end game tasks post game
You can't store stuff in treasure chests, so they have no arbitrary limit.
Yeah that could be the reason :)
lol i turned my oasis into a koi/goldfish pond and hit the limit on fish
I put spikes there to receive fish meat for dye oil leaves etc quite a bit easier and faster 4 the food to feed your animals
I wish we could have unlimited (or how much hard drive can storage) Buildertopias. 3 just feels too little.
With copying over the save file to the other slots you can basically have 9 buildertopia, which I think is more than enough :D
Amazing ;D
Thank you!
Does the PC version have these same limits?
did you find out?
@@wers0717 Yes the PC version has the same limits, but there are modders furiously working to get rid of them.
I am under the impression that dining sets have a limit around 32
Is there a way to decide how a block with the chain symbol is going to look? I have my problems with the castle wall block 🤔
And thanks for all the information given in this video. Your videos are the best 👍
On the item detail menu it will show you what blocks can turn into. If you need a specific piece, you can use the Stickler’s Sifter workbench to create it. You can craft each section of chain blocks separately with it.
@@cadjr2003 oh this is great. Thanks for that information. Going to try this out. :)
No problem. Glad I could help :-)
You weren't doing your height and depth at sea level. So it is 65 blocks up and 30 blocks down
I messured it from the point where you can build up. Imagine building in the water. Then yeah you can build 65 blocks up :D
I build from the point where your builds don't get wet
It’d probably just make it easier to state it as 95 blocks of total available height.
64+31 and 65+30 equals 95 so that should work :)
Does anyone know the limits of how far “out” a villager will go. For example, how far out of a “town” will they be able to have a room?
Hey Stacy :) just do a google image search for "dqb2 area limits" there the first result will show you how far you can build so your villagers will still interact with things.
@@BenXC thanks 😊
Hello Ben,! Thanks for your vídeos; sorry muy english; l,m spanish 😅
I want to know, what is the limit for the eat recipies ??? Thank you bye
At nintendo switch game give enother limit of rooms... I have only 40... Its all. =(((( or room at enother island, also included in this limit?
Ps. This is generally a disappointment ... Limits in the sandbox? Squar enix are you serious?....
You calculated the height and depth from the wrong block. Sea level is where the seawater floods the beach, not where you were.
Sorry, can somebody help? How to cook - pumpkin soup? Maybe have link to the recipe list?
Try milk with pumpkin :)
Milk you'll get from cows using the bottomless pot on them
@@BenXC I've been wondering how to get the villagers to milk the cows... Well that's a weird method. I guess you can't use the pot to create a milk river though...
Imagine a chocolate milk river! 😍
@@cadjr2003 The land where milk and honey flows... in all your favorite flavors.
BenXC you did it wrong sea level is it the top level of water so it is 65 and 30
For me "building up" is when my buildings don't get wet from the water, so I'll stick with 64 but thanks for the remark :)
@@BenXC thats cool. But call it ground level not sea level. Sea level would be getting wet.
Is there a limit for Cannons and Ballista and magic traps ?
Not that I'm aware of.
I thought I had gave it an ice cream headache and it didnt want to eat anymore! 😄 That's what I get for not being efficient in my placement of them. Haha
Hey I Just Saw 3 Cars On Ur Inland Did U Use Safe Wizard?
No, you can build multiple buggy buggies on your island :)
@@BenXC How do you do it? And is it possible to build buggies in buildertopia?
Wats the limit for crockery and other such things that are for food
Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows how to get the big french looking doors? That are 3 blocks wide and 3 or 4 blocks tall. I've seen other builders have them on their islands but I don't know how to find them or unlock their recipe. I can't get them with gratitude points so that means I have to learn how to craft it. Any help would be nice (I've been unsuccessful checking numerous videos and online articles or whatever :( )
I think those are DLC you need to buy?
Does Buildtopia have the same height/depth limits?
Each island has its own rules, like Coral Cay only has a height of around 10-20 blocks but goes down around 80 blocks, iridescent island you can build up to 80-90 blocks high but only 10 down. To achieve the same as on IoA just use the Blossom Bay settings, there you can dig down 30 blocks and build up around 60-70 blocks.
@@BenXC Oh wow O: I didnt realize the islands had that different of limits! I'll have to triple check when i start building on them then. If theyre that different from each other though, what about the average length and width? Or are those always around 400 by 400?
