We have a lot for sale at Eastland heights in antipolo and it 5 million pesos and size is 464 sqm. That’s just over 10k pesos per sqm. A lot cheaper than areas you mentioned in Iloilo 😇. So. Yes there can be deals had on golf courses. May have to look harder now but some can be had still. Ours is an empty lot ready for clearing. Yea I have mentioned often Iloilo is not the cheap place to live in the Philippines, it's booming here in the city and so places like this on the outside are too, it may seem like there is so many unsold lots but they are mostly all sold. Look forward to seeing Antipolo!

Tropical climate, every rainy season the roads would have potholes, so concrete mix last the longest. Central AC isn't a thing here in the Philippines (I'm sure someone imported but let's say I never see it) dirty kitchen is to cook smelly fish haha, garages are rare here yes. But people will still build them.

Cement streets, if mixed and constructed properly will outlast asphalt lifespan by 2 to 3 times. maintenance/upkeep cost are very low also. Potholes and cracks in asphalt/blacktop are basically a part of its life cycle 😆 1 - 10% fuel efficiency/savings because it’s harder, smoother surface. Asphalt is softer and uneven depending on temperatures. This creates friction/resistance which take more fuel to overcome or compensate. Tough weather, hard rains, and high heat break up asphalt quite easily
Dirty kitchen is where you use firewood or charcoal. Usually outside at the back of the house. There’s another kitchen with gas range, oven, cooker hood, kitchen cabinet inside the house.

I live in kelowna, b.c. that house looked like a regular 3 bedroom to me, here a new house from 750k to 1.5 .y guess but you said 450k and it was unfinished but it costs anywhere 15x to 26x more to live in canada that house in philipines looks like it needs another 100k to finish the inside and at least put 3 appliances in and still nee.ds lots of work done inside, and what I see in thailand on other vlogs it's way out of order comparing to thailand or even Malaysia especially thaila d with so much better infrastructure , I'm just making a bit of a comparison they are all third world countries or developing countries
No way I’d drink that water! I live in Florida and have same water. I bought a whole house Reverse Osmosis system well worth it. Otherwise it will destroy your appliances in a few short years. You’d have to get that there if you wanted clean water to drink

Obviously there are some very wealthy people in the Philippines. There would be very few expats that would pay big money for a property that they cannot own.
Vast majority of expats are married though, so like we have in Savannah subdivision many will buy under their wives name and build. Iloilo doesn't have a huge amount of expats but a decent number regardless

It's complicated and risk is involved with no guarantees

Most people build their own houses so there is just a few model homes they have listed for 25 million pesos. Megaworld is the same company as BGC and Eastwood in Manila they are master plan type places.

I wouldn’t say boring, but I do get what you’re saying. It’s definitely not what I’m expecting nor necessarily wanting to learn before visiting or moving to PH. I think this is great information and very interesting. Maybe he should have a 2nd channel that has a real estate/rental focus. I can’t imagine the majority subscribers or viewers really being interested in looking at new homes/condos for sale or rent for long term content. Maybe if you are really moving there very soon or if you are in the real estate business. Otherwise viewers could start to get bored or lose interest. But again, I do find it informative and enjoy the content. But it really narrows the reasoning for coming/staying on the channel. No hate here

I don't represent anyone, just showing you the neighborhood and Francis who lives there provided some of the prices. Most people build their own houses so there is just a few model homes they have listed for 25 million pesos.
Megaworld is the same company as BGC and Eastwood in Manila they are master plan type places.

I wouldn’t say boring, but I do get what you’re saying. It’s definitely not what I’m expecting nor necessarily wanting to learn before visiting or moving to PH.
I think this is great information and very interesting.
Maybe he should have a 2nd channel that has a real estate/rental focus.
I can’t imagine the majority subscribers or viewers really being interested in looking at new homes/condos for sale or rent for long term content.
Maybe if you are really moving there very soon or if you are in the real estate business. Otherwise viewers could start to get bored or lose interest.
But again, I do find it informative and enjoy the content. But it really narrows the reasoning for coming/staying on the channel.
