Thank you! My husband bought the yeti and i got the Stanley…when they arrived i compared the feel without testing with liquids and I love the feel of the yet over the Stanley, you just solidified my choice to return it and get the yeti instead!

I love both my Yeti and Hydroflask travel mugs- they keep coffee hot and keep ice from melting when you are drinking cold beverages. Thanks for the review!

I agree, my friend! I’ve owned almost all of them and the Yeti is the best. Rugged, reliable, well designed.

Love the Gear Garage reviews and videos. For the coffee mugs, the two key parts that need to be mentioned is the drinkability with the lid, and how the handle feels in your hand.

Good points! The yeti lid is has great drinkability. Hand feel is good. Maybe not great.

Yep, Yeti makes the best coffee mug to keep your coffee hot for a long time! I have both the Rambler mug and the Rambler tumbler and I find I like the tumbler better -- somehow I like holding the tumbler vs the handle of the mug ... but I've thrown away all other travel/camping lidded coffee cups except for the Yeti's. Great review of a lot of choices, Jeremy! BTW, I was listening to your 2022 resolutions on the podcast the other day and I believe a cooking show was listed. Can't wait!

We are not coffee drinkers but do enjoy hot tea. We use thermos (one is a Thermos (hers) & Stanley(his)) to make and keep our tea hot for the day. We use tervis glasses with lids to drink with. (please note we are in a class B so things need to be multi use) I can even make the tea while clean up dinner and it is nice and hot the next morning.

I'm not sure if my stanley camp mug is updated version or not. But there is a notch on sealing silicon near the pulling lever of the lid of stanley camp mug. And air pass throgh the notch. So, the stanley mug has a flow hole on it's lid and liquid flows very fast and nicely through the sipping hole. It does not gurgle at all.

I agree on the Yeti. A bit spendy but so worth it! I have several Yeti tumblers.

Could you drill a small hole in the Stanley lid?
