Hi guys! I like so much how you talk in such a relaxed and fun way about all this. As I'm with a woman from Uganda, myself being German, I'd like to confirm some of your notions. No matter for how long you're dating until you meet for the first time in person, you should be shure about that you really want to meet. I also agree on the part that it might be a good idea that the man is visiting first, except the woman has the means and definetely wants to visit first.But nervertheless be prepared, depending on your personality, to encounter anxieties befor the actual visit happens, you being the visiting or you being the visited person. Doesn't matter. When I was visiting my girlfriend for the first time after dating her for more than three months, us both had anxieties. Is he (that means me) really on that plane? Is she really picking me at the airport? And all the other stuff you mentioned in the video. As a topping on all that I was invited to her house. What if we don't klick? But in the end it was so great. I was on that plane, she picked me up and being at her house felt just so normal, as if I knew the place already (what wasn't such a wonder due to all the video calls we had before...). The good thing though in our times now is, if it hadn't klicked, an AirBnB wouldn't have been difficult to find. - Now we're waiting to se each other in August and hopefully continuing in Germany. - Hope that many more people from different continents are willing to take the risk of dating and meeting, Take precautions but don't overdo.
