Vora's ult is kinda like zhin ult in the sense that you basically only use it for some mobility (well vora can dodge cc with it) and to win 1v1s in a really easy way, like ult into right click afaik is a true combo that just kills people if they don't get healing. Also ulting nando can be nice value if he knows he can ult right before he gets executed but that usually ends up just being a feed.
