Sad to think she passed in 2006 because her writing and shows are still fun and fresh. I don’t recall her autobiography’s title, but it detailed her private life, it’s joys and tragedies. She indicated that she and Mr. Green would write a book about their shows but that never came to pass. But her autobiography is just beautiful.
