    I first experienced it as a set of LPs (Vinyl Records, kids), surreptitiously listened to at the University Library when I was a senior in high school. What a revelation it was. I think it’s a great play (and William Friedkin made a terrific film of it).

    Musto is absolutely on point!!! I've always thought The Boys in The Band is the Gay Raisin in The Sun - it shows an authentic image of Gay characters. One of the all time great plays - a perfectly constructed drama.

    "Boys in the Band" is DATED! That was then, this is now.
