I have no idea how she can roar like that.....groove out. ..and then go back to clean singing effortlessly. Her harsh vocal voice is intense. The first time I heard it I was like.......how did that come from her lol. I like these types of videos....more please.

As always, these one take playthoughs are always great to watch and listen to. I was just rewatching Courtney's live playthrough of "The Beauty of Suffering" last week and suddenly I see this. Great job Melissa and everyone else at Ad Infinitum!
Orchestrally speaking, "Animals" is a devastating hurricane that deserves much more attention from FM stations and the mainstream in general.
Melissa is quickly becoming one of my top ten female singers. The band is awesome too.

@@gottfried8522 also can we talk about how many songs from other bands that Melissa has been featured in? she could make several albums just from that alone 😂 and don't forget all of the other bands she's actually been a part of long term. Tatiana from jinjer sounds nice but I have to agree that her voice falls into the spectrum of normal when it comes to what you'd expect to hear. But Melissa bonny has a clarity to her voice that is quite rare and she does this amazing live as well. Lol go listen to jinjer live, tell me what you think 😂

back and forth into metal, I was recently discovering some nice female metal band such as ad infinitum or Black element with Anette. This singer & Ad Infinitum sounds really like the good mix between old school Evancescence and some modern bands. Can be really meanstream even when she roars!! this is quite interesting and particular! Go metal!!!!

Holy...trying to keep it clean but DAMN! Melissa is not just beautiful but TALENTED! The range and musicality on this woman I'd compare to is Simone Simon's and Amy Lee. However, the unique features of her voice allows her to stand out and be recognized on her own merits! Exquisite but sly with every note hit! Beautiful job and great balance and technique on the band as well! This is why I rarely find pop music appeasing or genuine; you need talent. Not just looks or mommy/daddy money to push you along. There's always the exception but for the most part, metal, especially women front singers and their group, actually bring natural talent and other contributions to the band and to their audience. The added appeal, elegant clothing and costumes, techniques in music and instruments only add to the quality that is the music. A little rant but it's hard to find quality music nowadays and bands like Ad Infinitum only add to the notion that real music is still here and hopefully, more is coming to over shadow the over-priced, overtoned, barbie/ken brats that decided on one karaoke night that this was their calling!
