San Martin are getting expensive. Their MM300 isn't a monobloc case which does make access to the movement easier but for the same price as their NH35A version Proxima with a monobloc case comes with a SW200. Nothing wrong with the NH35A movement at all but when you can get a SW200 for the same price and with a monobloc case, well I know which I prefer. Sure San Martin have a reputation for quality, the ones I've seen up close were well made, but they aren't any better than the cream of the Chinese micro brands, Merkur, Proxima
