Ingredients
Sesame seed filling (8g per serving, 14-15 pieces)
50g black sesame seeds
25g white granulated sugar
50g butter (slightly softened from the fridge)
Peanut filling (10g per serving, 16 pieces)
100g roasted peanuts
35g white granulated sugar
40g butter (slightly softened from the fridge)
Ginger syrup (2-3 servings, 200 ml each)
6 slices of ginger (approx 15g)
700ml water
20g iced sugar (better with cane sugar)
Tang yuan skins (13g per serving, 24 pieces)
200g glutinous rice flour
110ml of hot boiling water
50ml room temperature water
1/4 teaspoon green tea powder
1/2 tsp beetroot juice
Ratio for reference
dumpling skin dough: sesame seed filling (13g:8g)
dumpling skin dough: peanut filling (13g:10g)
Pink dough - dumpling skin dough: beetroot juice (100g: 1/2 tsp)
Green dough - dumpling skin dough: green tea powder (100g: 1/4 tsp)

@@winromeo I am so glad to know that you successfully made it. If there are cracks on the dumpling, you may try to dip some water with your finger and glue the crack with small amount of water.
用其他油脂可以?例如菜油,謝
我未有試過呢,想想可能菜油是液態,所以要將芝麻醬打好後先冷藏凝固才整型。
