I went to Popoyo and there is partying. It’s offshore most of the time because of the lake it just needs the tide to work. Popoyo is near a good beginner spot and a walk down to couple good beach breaks. My friend and I met some locals then we took a boat to see playgrounds but it wasn’t working but ended at lances which is a great left. Popoyo breaks similar to trestles.
